This has been the most positive experience working with their support team. I have worked with many support teams in the past and its always a struggle. Froonze has a top notch team willing to help when ever needed. We have moved from a very expensive rewards program to Froonze because of the cleanness and simpleness of the program. We now pay 1/4 of our cost before plus the the customer account page is super friendly for our customers to navigate. ( this is very important) not to mentions their wishlist and all the other sections they offer which will save you $$$ in app fees. Remember Loyalty Programs need to be easy for the customers to use and theirs really is. Seriously you must try them out. I promise you will not be disappointed and your customers will love it.

These guys are awesome. Seriously they will make your shipping rules work perfect. We have many rules for shipping base on amount spend and each one has a different price and they having it show on the cart perfect.

Customer Service is amazing and the App works perfect. Serious that actually deliver what they promise. Had them automatically add subscribe to marketing for customers who enter our system through another app. Also delete customer tags when not in use to keep our tags clean.

First let me tell you..... Andrea is amazing. So helpful. Really is. Have a problem or need something change to make it your own and he is on it like crazy. Also filled with a ton of ideas on how to make things work the way you want. The app is loaded with tons of features that you pay a arm and leg for with other apps. Super clean and responsive. I love the idea that you can tag customer that go into Klaviyo. Our goal is to walk people into our business slowly and introduce things to them and not to scare them away. Also it has a lot of interaction with the customer as ways for them to earn more points or entries. The big feature is referral a friend. We added a lot of new elements to our site and with this app you can have them visit and explore and get points for it. (great way to educate your customers) With all seriousness, give them a try and make sure you reach out if you need anything. Customer service is the best I've seen on Shopify. Just a quick update.... Less than one week using the app and already had over 200 entries and many referrals. Really works on expanding your email list and get people to go through your site. SECOND MAJOR Update...He took my suggestion and added it to the app. You can now have customers who buy be entered into the sweepstake. Totally amazing You Really need to try this app. In two months we gained a ton of contacts that we can promote our products too.

Arpan is super amazing. Walked me through everything with the app. This app takes tech challenge people like me and makes it easy to get great results fast. I mean like on the spot. Our google ranking was at the bottom and now I cant wait to see the results. Google takes time but our products are now showing in the search and our site speed is improving. Talk about amazing, These guys have a 10 out of 5 stars They go above and beyond helping you. 24/7 They help me customize certain parts and walked me through the rest. This side bar offer a very clean place for announcements and just about anything you want to have attention on. Plus the customer service here is unbeatable. Just wanted it tweak a little and seriously they had it done no time flat. UmazingPDATE: There is a new Slidey Bar and it's amazing. Seriously, I will ad in your store. It's design to have a different side bar on each template. Blogs can have product, products have blogs. Plus you can customized it beyond belief.
