This app has far exceeded our expectations and outperforms any other app out there. Their live chat is great, near instant responses on emails and follow ups are exceptional. I've dealt with Swati a lot and their knowledge and experience has been a pleasure to deal with.

We have just installed this app and could not be happier with the results. We did have to contact the support to make sure it was working because the installation was that easy we were not sure it worked. Support was online within seconds and double checked everything for us. They were quick and very knowledgeable. I think this was a great decision. UPDATE- I have been working with AIOD for several months now and everything works perfectly. Support is quick and attentive. I would still highly recommend this app.

Great tech support! I had problems adding a tiered discount based on a dynamic collection, contacted their tech support and they quickly resolved my problem (I configured my dynamic collection incorrectly). The app is powerful as it gives me many options to match the discounts to our business model. Follow up - I had a problem where my developer caused a problem with this app, the AIOD team quickly fixed it for me. They're Wonderful!
The app is amazing with everything I have needed in sales and then some I am still learning exists. The best part about the app is the customer service. They are quick and I feel readily available 24/7 I thought it was AI at first, but I think it's a real person. haha

I wasn’t very familiar with it at first and couldn’t figure out the issue, but after contacting customer support, I received an immediate response. It didn’t affect my website’s promotional campaign at all, which made me feel very reassured. With other plugins I used before, communication could only be done through email, which was very inefficient. With the help of their support team, the discount setup worked smoothly.

10/10. I had a minor server error that made me unable to do changes on the discounts myself. But the customer support was very helpful and assisted me with everything.
The app works really well and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Easy to use and stable even during bigger campaigns. The support team responds quickly and is incredibly helpful – they solve everything in no time. Highly recommend!

Swati Provided excellent customer service, really fast and professional
Swati Varshney responded very quickly and immediately assisted with the setup, helping us achieve our requirements efficiently. The support experience was excellent. The only drawback is that the app’s discount code cannot be used together with Shopify’s native discount code field, which can be a bit confusing for customers. It would be great if this feature could be improved in future updates.
The website setup was incredibly easy, and the tutorial videos provided a clear and straightforward. The support team's responsiveness was impressive, whenever I needed help, they were quick to respond. [August 2025] I had an issue with the address auto-fill feature in the checkout, and they fixed it within minutes. Their skill and efficiency are truly impressive. AIOD ALL in 1 Discount is a very powerful app that supports a variety of discount cases, including bundle product, free gift, wholesale, volume discount and other cases. The best part is that this discount app supports Shopify POS! Not only that, the customer service staff (Chirag Patel, Swati varshney)is also very professional and friendly, and the responses are very efficient. It's a very professional and great team!

Manoj Socha- what great customer service! As a non- web developer, there are some things i can accomplish, however when things go pear shaped, it is great to have someone so good at their job to help you figure things out. Manoj solved my issue in minutes and could recommend adjustments to make it easier for my customers to apply their discounts properly, which is an issue we have been having using shopifys manual discount code method. Even though I have only just installed the app, so I cannot speak for its efficacy in retaining/gaining customers, I can highly recommend the service from the developers!
Works exactly like how I wanted. I can create automatic offers, collectionwise discounts.
Had trouble getting the cart popup to work correctly. I am not a developer, but as soon as I stated my issue in the chat box, they were able to connect to my website (with my approval) and code everything I needed. Great customer service and would highly recommend.

Swati and Rakshit were a huge help. The team have been able to create discounts for products that are calculated separately for each line in the cart NOT by total amount of the product in the cart. I have spent a lot of time with other apps trying to achieve this and they have not been able to. I am very happy with this app and the customer support.

Requires some workaround with setting up however the support staff are great! Swati was exceptional in supporting and assisting me through the setup and fixing of issues!

This is an excellent application. We had to make some changes to get exaclty what we want and support was excellent. Chirag solved any problems we had and replied to all of our requests. Definatelly recomended. And because people are more important than any application, we have to say that Chirag is one the best to work with! Excellent shopify knowledge, polite, very fast and patient. Simply amazing!

This app was amazing for us, selling in person at Farmers Markets. We used it for three months. Our products are seasonal and we have now come to the end of our 2024 Holiday POS selling season so have stopped the app for now. Thank you for the functionality and for helping us drive a higher ATV with our BOGOHalf discount. We love you!!
Brilliant service again, less than 2 min to fix including the time to contact on chat. These guys are on the ball.
While this app may not be perfect, these guys are the most helpful and timely group I think I've ever worked with! They're so quick and will keep working at it until they fix whatever isn't working. And let's be honest, it's normally just user error... I highly recommend.

Great customer service, any questions on the app they are ready to help. In my case the discount did not reflect on the checkout page only on the cart and they were good in helping me with this issue in a timely manner.

Update: We're still using this app because of the flexibility of creating different kinds of discounts and their superior support. Swati was extremely helpful with getting our automatic discounts working and explained how to set it up in the future. --- Great discount app with so many features -- in particular, BOGO and Bulk discount applied on POS! Definitely a game-changer. I had an issue with the discounts not applying on the POS, but I jumped on their Live Chat and Chirag chatted with me right away. He helped troubleshoot the automatic discounts plus the custom coupon I created, and within a few minutes, we got both working on POS.
