When an app has a 5-star rating, there's usually a good reason — and this one totally earns it. It does exactly what it’s supposed to, runs smoothly, and just works without any hassle. What really stands out, though, is the support team. They're super fast, helpful, and always polite. Honestly, they deserve more than 5 stars for how awesome they are!

As always, Cirkle Studio LLC has delivered an excellent application! Chirag was incredibly helpful with all our questions, and the app performs exactly as promised. 5 stars for sure!

This is by far the best application for creating xml for Skroutz. This is the only app that can create the xml exactly as Skroutz wants it. Especially if you have products with variants that doesn’t belong to fashion category. For all these products Skroutz wants each variant product to appear as a single product. All the previous application we tried couldn’t fix this problem and products with variants (size, color etc.), wasn’t able to pass Skroutz control and couldn’t appear on their marketplace. Ivanna was not only fast and very polite but with 2-3 modifications to the xml, has created the best possible xml for Skroutz, overcoming all the issues that Skroutz is creating to make our lives difficult. 5 stars for sure!

Η κριτική αυτή γίνεται μετά από πολλούς μήνες χρήσης της εφαρμογής και με κύριο σκοπό τη βελτίωση της από τους δημιουργούς της. Στα θετικά: δηλώνει στην πλατφόρμα του Skroutz το διαθέσιμο στοκ των προιόντων του shopify και ενημερώνει σωστά το xml. Κάτι που για ένα απλό κατάστημα με προιόντα χωρις variants είναι μια χαρά. Τα προβλήματα ξεκινούν στα προιόντα με variants. Εκεί η εφαρμογή δεν ανταποκρίνεται σωστά με αποτέλεσμα το Skroutz να διαβάζει μόνο το ένα variants και να αγνοεί τα υπόλοιπα. Άρα στην πράξη προιόντα με variants (χρώμα, μέγεθος, κλπ) δεν μπορούν να ταξινομηθούν στο Skroutz. Κάτι εξαιρετικά σημαντικό για καταστήματα που έχουν πολλά τέτοια προιόντα. Η απάντηση του developer είναι ότι αυτό είναι πρόβλημα που προέρχεται από το Skroutz και όχι από την εφαρμογή. Καθώς όμως η εφαρμογή αυτή βρίσκεται στο shopify app store, άρα είναι φταιγμένη για shopify καταστήματα και ονομάζεται Skroutz connect, θα περίμενε κάποιος το πρόβλημα αυτό είτε να έχει επιλυθεί πριν βγει η εφαρμογή, είτε μετά την αναφορά του σημαντικού αυτού προβλήματος. Καμία ενημέρωση της εφαρμογής ή βελτίωση της δεν έχει γίνει εδώ και μήνες και το πρόβλημα παραμένει. Το πρόβλημα θα πρέπει να επιλυθεί άμεσα με όποια επικοινωνία χρειάζεται να γίνει με το σκρουτζ. Το κόστος των 20 ευρώ το μήνα θεωρείται πλέον πολύ υψηλό για μια εφαρμογή που σου επιτρέπει να αναρτάς στο σκρουτζ μόνο προιόντα χωρίς variants και όταν η δεύτερη αντίστοιχη εφαρμογή στο app store χρεώνει 5 ευρώ το μήνα. Θα περίμενε κανείς ότι με 240 ευρώ το χρόνο η εφαρμογή θα δούλευε άψογα, χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Η επικοινωνία με το δημιουργό της εφαρμογής είναι άμεση, αλλά οι απαντήσεις και η μετάθεση της ευθύνης στο σκρουτζ, δε λύνουν το βασικό πρόβλημα της εφαρμογής. Αναμένουμε την άμεση βελτίωση της, αν αυτό γίνει κάποια στιγμή. Update: Η μόνη εφαρμογή που καταφέρνει να δημιουργήσει άριστο xml για skroutz, είναι η Mulwi | 200+ Shopping Feeds. Μέσα σε 3 ημέρες κατάφεραν αυτό που προσπαθούσαμε για πάνω από 3 μήνες. Xml σωστό με όλα τα variants να ανεβαίνουν κανονικά στο Skroutz.

You can exclude specific payments depending on shipping option and if combined with ShipFy app, then it's all just perfect! Support is 10 stars, whatever problem occurs, they will definately solve it. And because people are more important than any application, we have to say that Chirag is one the best to work with! This is an excellent application. We had to make some changes to get exaclty what we want and support was excellent. Chirag solved any problems we had and replied to all of our requests. Updated: It is probably the best app on Shopify for filtering and search. Excellent options, you can customize almost everything and the support is unique. Very fast, extremely polite and solving any issue that someone can ask. 5 stars for sure. Highly recommended.
