Support is non-existent. I reached out to support to assist with restricting "Add to cart" if no date is selected, and overnight support hardcoded the calendar to our store, forcing all products to use the calendar. Disabling the App did not fix this. After contacting support by email, Chat and WhatsApp, I have still yet to hear back from them after 5 business days. Thank you for your feedback, Josh. I would just like to say this app works really well for my business but some parts are still American instead of UK which is where the business is based, for example : zip code instead of post code. Took a bit of time to get used to the app interface and fully integrate it to my website on my own but once the app was properly set-up it was easy to use and well worth what I paid for. I love the app! The support is super helpful! You can reach out and plan a date to meet them online and discuss whatever you dont understand. They take the time to go through things step by step with you and help you out on how to use it. Overall the app is really user friendly Thumbs up!

Great presentation, great improvements, keep up the good work. The functionality in practice though - can be improved. Setting a default shipping method should be an easy option for all users A delivery fee should be associated to a product, not an order. a delivery is an attribute of a product and date. This way, one can charge more then 1 delivery fees per order. An interaction with subscriptions must be considered. The mal-functionality of not being able to have date pickers on subscription products is inexcusable.

3/20/23 - Had some issues with the app, but the service team was helpful in jumping right away to see what was going on to solve the problem. Our products are perishable items that are used for events so the delivery date of when they are to arrive is very important for us to keep our customers happy. To make things more difficult some products are available and not available at different times so the year. The Delivery Date apps we looked are were mainly for local deliveries and not designed for a drop shipper like us. They just did not give us the flexibility we needed. In communicating with App.Jetty they told me they could make the delivery calendar work exactly how we needed it to work. We had to do some customization which I had no issue with if we really could get it to work properly. The process to get this done was top-notch. They took the time to understand what we were looking to do. They made adjustments to the project as needed as new issues were uncovered. They did a very good job for us. This was a fairly big issue for us that went smoother than expected. We are very happy to use their App. I just ran into an issue where our Delivery Calendar did not work properly during our busiest time of the year when of course it was after their work day had ended. The support staff got ahold of someone after hours to help us get our Calendar up and functional within hours. I was in real trouble if it did not work. - wonderful support

They've been very patient with me. Overall, their app is very useful for our business, the app has what we need. And compare to other apps that do the same thing, this one is affordable. The interface is easy to set up and navigate, but if you're not a techie person or have zero knowledge of coding, they'll be happy to assist you with setting it up for sure! I have basic knowledge of coding, so I was able to do it on my own. So I can say that you won't have a problem working with them at all whether you have an experience or not. Thank you AppJetty!

Good app but at some products it will show the order picker and at some it doesn't. Some customers can still choose next day delivery even when it's many hours after the cut-off time.... Hope you guys can fix this soon.
