I found this app when I was looking for a cost effective screen-recording app. The screen-recording interface is intuitive and the app is reliable. Though occasionally there are screen recordings that don't log, I've experienced the exact same problem with the most famous (and most expensive) apps -- presumably that's a Shopify issue that would occur with any app. Excellent customer service!

We needed a reasonably priced app that could track inventory of our master components -- a seemingly simple idea, and this app was the only one that could do exactly what we wanted. We use this app to allow the customer to request a shipping date a checkout, though it has plenty of other functionality. The support team was great in making sure that the app was installed to our satisfaction. Excellent customer service!

This is a very reliable, full-function subscriptions app. Setup is easy and straightforward, although there's a lot of nuance in the various available settings that can take time to digest. I don't see that as a downside, though, since it's better to have options than not. Customer service is great -- always responsive and very helpful each time I've reached out.

The forms are very well-designed and the interface (and installation instructions) are extremely user-friendly. Whenever I've had to reach out to the support team, they've always been super-responsive and able to solve my issues. Can't say enough about them!

Great app, and the service is impossibly good. Every rep I've dealt with in the support chat is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and in every case they've been able to fix the problem on the spot. Nobody else gives service like they do.
