Awtomic has been a phenomenal tool for our business. After evaluating many different subscription apps, I found their out-the-of-the box functionality to be superior and a great fit for our brand. Their digital roadmap is consumer-centric and spot-on for where the industry is headed; and they've been able to meet our tailored data requests for a complex business. Above all, Awtomic's service is exceptional. We migrated a year ago and it was the quickest, most seamless launch I've ever experienced--largely due to their team's technical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to quickly address the minor issues that arose. Through the migration planning process and execution, they were very communicative, transparent on what could and couldn’t be done, and they were a true partner in helping to find solutions. They essentially delivered what they said they were going to. Our team could not be happier with this partnership we've established.
I can't say enough good things about Emily and the Awtomic team. They have been more than accommodating for every question and request we've had, even with very complicated and custom program needs. We've used several apps in the past, including Recharge and a custom app, and Awtomic, especially the customer service, is far superior. I highly recommend Atomic for your bundle and subscription needs. If you think its a risk to make the switch-- I assure you its not.
A Game Changer for Online Subscriptions. I recently tried Awtomic for subscription management on Shopify and it's amazing. Passwordless login – customers can access their accounts so easily. This alone has reduced so many calls to our customer service. Another big win is their best-in-class churn mitigation. We've seen fewer cancellations since using it. The intuitive reporting and dashboards are super helpful, making it easy to see how our subscriptions are doing at a glance. Priced just right, with features like flexible subscriptions and a top-notch support team, Awtomic is a no-brainer for Shopify users. Highly recommended!

We are only 2 days in and already loving Awtomic! The support has been incredible. Our migration process was seamless and the Awtomic team (thank you Brian!) took care of everything. There really was very little we had to do. Emily has been amazing and patient with us answering every little question and making sure we are setup for a successful and profitable experience.
A fellow business owner turned me on to Awtomic and I haven't looked back, we made the switch from ReCharge and we are SO thrilled. The portal is more customer friendly and everything about it is easier for us. Set up was such personal service and everytime I have a question, the support is amazing. We're really enjoying using Awtomic to grow our subscription program. The backend experience is very easy to navigate and we are able to get very granular with variant specific needs. We've also seen significant growth to date and less churn compared to what we were seeing with our other provider.

The team at Awtomatic has gone above and beyond to ensure everything works out smoothly, truly a 11/10 customer service. Senam answers questions quickly, and she also helps hands on to make every step of the setup easy, even though I was initially intimidated by the idea of setting all of this up myself, the team has made this a fun, supportive experience. Then, of course, THE PRODUCT! I searched for a long time for something that is as versatile and has the amount of options to fit my needs as this one does, but none have compared. My favourite feature is that my customers can choose & customise what they want to get in their subscription box. After over 2 years of countless issues and frustrations on our side as well as our customers side, including: making the customer make a separate account, which caused daily questions to our team. Our customers also reported the previous app hard to navigate to change things which again made the customer reach out to our team to help them. Well all that changed about a month ago when switching to Awtomatic! Our customer subscription complains are nonexistent! It was a seem-less transition to the their app!! The customer support they have offered along the way has been top notch as well! Highly recommend them!

TAKING THE MIGRAINE OUT OF MIGRATION: My biggest fear in changing subscription companies was migrating current subscribers (we were with Bold and wanted to move to a Shopify checkout native app). I had heard nightmare stories about migrating (I even started the process with another company, and it was taking me HOURS to get the data formatted correctly per their request). But the process was so easy with Awtomatic - their team handled everything perfectly. I could not have been more impressed with the process and the team's responsiveness. Love the functionality of their build-a-box and am excited about what is on the product roadmap. Total win for our company.
Really a stand-out app for functionality and intelligent design that does not currently exist for subscription companies. Emily and the team are amazing. Simple use this app!! No need to look further. Forget the frustration with Bold and Recharge. Awtomatic started with a clean sheet and built what we need! 6/5 Stars!
I have used a few different subscription apps in the past, and this one is definitely the best. One of the biggest advantages is that it uses Shopify's own native checkout, unlike other apps that implement their own checkout experience. On top of that, setting up discounts is extremely easy (no need for discount codes or duplicate products). Support team is amazing!

We love to Bundle App and have had a FANTASTIC experience working with the Bundle team. The app has a seamless Shopify checkout (vs Recharge which required us to send customers to a different checkout and duplicate discount codes in Recharge). There are also some very exciting features that they are finalizing that we plan to use to simplify our "shuffle" or "coffee of the month" program from an operational perspective. Emily, Adrian and Brian made the migration from Recharge to Bundle really easy for us. I appreciate their attention to detail to make sure all our orders are migrating correctly. Here is the truth~ I have been looking for an app for my website for literally a year that does BOTH subscription and CHOOSE your own bundle. It just didn't exist, I had to have someone code two apps together and it was a horrible user experience. I was so glad to hear about Emily and her team at Bundle Subscriptions, I jumped at the chance to get on board as soon as it was available. I was able to delete my two other apps, improve my site speed, get an amazing customer subscription and choose your own bundle app all in 1. I couldn't be happier. I know its only been a few weeks, but we have had no issues and customers are so jazzed about the customer interface. Bundle is great application. I was not sure how to add subscription to my products. I was referred by a friend and they helped me setting up. It was a smooth transition. Bundle is the Shopify app I wish I built myself. As a 2x DTC founder, I've tried every single subscription app on the market and they were all lacking something. Bundle is seamless and intuitive for the store owner and the customer. Bundle makes the complex task of handling recurring subscriptions dead simple. Plus, our migration away from our previous subscription app was flawless and handled with professionalism and grace. Huge shoutout to Emily and the team behind Bundle. Bundle is a dream come true! We had previously launched subscriptions with another app and it was nothing but trouble. We found Bundle and it has been working flawlessly. I love how the app is completely integrated with Shopify. Everything from checkout to the customer portal and the emails that are sent by Bundle follow our style guide.
