Alex was super helpful in setting up our account. Still on free version but will likely switch to paid.
Its very easy to use and a lot of options to explore! Also excellent customer service :)
Merci à Michelle qui m'aidé à configurer l'installation de cet outils.

EDIT: After talking with support it seems like everything is back working as it should and there was a lot of bulk changes made. I was given a two year free subscription as a remedy which I was happy to take. Customer support was quite prompt once I left the review and fairplay to Lester for making this situation right. Much like other reviewers, I have been using this app for a long time and letting it run in the background thinking everything was working fine. I then checked the reports to see that features like Image optimiser, Image Alt tags, Image Renames have not logged any changes in over a year. I reached out to support, they told me that the app had not been live on the theme but they updated it. Checked back three days later, still no updates on the features mentioned above. Support assured me it was just the reporting that was broken but I checked image properties like Alt tags and file size and there were no changes made by the app. It looks like they are experiencing issue with their app and customers have been absorbing the cost but not the benefits. Dissappointed and I will be looking on the app store for an alternative.
Developer reply ·
Hi Brian, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience; we truly appreciate your honest feedback. I completely understand how concerning this must have been, especially after relying on the app for so long. Based on my initial review, it did appear to be a reporting issue, but I’ve since escalated this to our Tier 2 and engineering teams for a deeper investigation and fix. I’ve also sent you a follow-up email so we can discuss this further and make things right. Please check your inbox when you can; we’d really like the opportunity to turn this experience around for you. Best regards, Lester
The customer service was good, friendly and encouraging and also the free plan is a big plus. But being that this is an SEO app I was disappointed that a monthly estimate of expected monthly search traffic was not available as one would think an SEO company would have access to those metrics.

More options for free plan other than Image optimization for new businesses can be helpful. As a new business owner trying to start something is difficult so the paying right at the beginning is not a great option for me. But the UI and support is amazing.
Developer reply ·
Thanks for your feedback—it's invaluable as we strive to support new businesses like yours. We're glad you're enjoying our UI and support! 😊 - Kevin & Booster SEO Team
Very nice Yaci support agent helped me with the setup. Well-bulit app with clear instructions and information you may need for you store but it has very limited benefits on the free plan. Great customer support I have received. Good if you have big store and have money to pay for the app's paid plans.
