Excellent support from the team! We needed BUCKS to synchronise with Shopify’s native country selector, and they implemented a custom solution quickly. Switching countries now updates the displayed currency seamlessly. The team was responsive, understood our setup clearly, and resolved the issue precisely. They also explained where the script was added so we can maintain it in the future. Highly recommended!

We recently installed Bucks Curency Converter PRO++ and are very happy with its technical features. The app lets us adjust prices for international customers as required, and the currency conversion feature works well. A special thanks to Allena for her personal attention and dedicated support in setting up the app on our store. We’re so pleased with the features and experience that we’re now planning to install Bucks on our other store too!

My experience using the app so far has been a good one. It automatically changes the currency based on your location and I really love that I could change the rate based on my location. Great customer service as well. Thanks again!

Great app with excellent support! We recently installed the currency converter app for our GCC market. Initially, we had some difficulty setting everything up correctly on our own, but the support team reached out to us and guided us through the entire setup process. They were very helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was implemented properly. Amazing app and even better customer service! BUCKS already supports pretty much every currency we could possibly need, and the app itself works great. We had a special case where we needed to display a custom currency icon instead of the normal currency code, and their team helped us immediately. They worked with us on the implementation, helped optimize the icon, and made sure the final solution was clean and performant, with no noticeable impact compared to the app’s normal currency display. Really impressed with both the app and the level of support. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to find a proper solution. Highly recommended!

Aleena told me that Shopify shows the store currency, not the converted currency, in the checkout step. that is a really important notice to me. I would not have known without her notification so i use BUCKS notification feature to show customers the currency issue BUCKS is a very great app for currency

Excellent app, and support that goes well beyond what you expect. We moved the store to AED and needed prices converting everywhere: product pages, collection cards, quick view and the cart. Aleena replied within hours every time, implemented the fixes herself, and stayed on it until every case worked, including a variant switching issue that took real digging.
