I also appreciate that when a product is not linked correctly or is unavailable, the team usually helps find a suitable replacement, which saves a lot of time. The storage period is shorter than at Superbuy, so it requires a little more attention and planning, but I have not lost any products because of this. The main improvement I would suggest is making the interface clearer and more intuitive. Sometimes products linked to my store cannot be added to the shopping cart directly from the product list, and I need to open other tabs or pages. Making this process more direct would improve the overall experience. In general, BuckyDrop is a very useful and efficient platform, especially for automating store order fulfilment.

Buckydrop does all this and more! I have a dedicated account manager who has worked with me on creating customized packaging options so my customers know where their package is coming from. They offer a wide range of freight options when shipping out packages to customers, always getting me the best rates. You can automate the entire customer order process which is one of the things I love the most about this service, including if an item goes out of stock with your supplier it automatically updates on your site. Overall I really could not have continued my business without their service. It's cheap, although the fees aren't completely clear since there are "packages" you can buy, but it's mostly by the order. You do have to maintain a balance on their site to fund your purchases but they have payment options in a wide range of providers. Can't recommend their services highly enough!

Honestly, one of the best applications on the market. You get a WhatsApp contact if you have any questions or need help with anything. The Taobao stock sync literally saved my business. I run a large SKU store with a supplier that often goes out of stock, and managing it was a nightmare before using this app. I also think the biggest advantage is the shipping routes. You get some of the cheapest options compared to other sourcing apps, with tax-free worldwide shipping, which is extremely important right now. I would 100% recommend it… but at the same time, I kind of want to gatekeep it lol.

Core functions like pricing and variant management simply don’t save correctly, forcing constant re-editing and wasted time. Basic features such as deleting variants during import are missing entirely.
