This might work for some retailers but its been nothing but a waste of time for my business; available products don't cover many shop categories. A lot of hype but zero return. Honestly, partnering with Buddify has done nothing for my Shopify website. I am contemplating uninstalling the app. I just don't think it's the right fit overall.

We've been impressed with how easy the platform is to use and integrate into our workflow. The onboarding process was smooth, and everything has worked as expected from day one. The system is intuitive, reliable, and has allowed us to explore new sales opportunities with minimal effort. Overall, it has been a valuable addition to our business operations.

This app is actually working and has generated real transactions for our business. I like that it's commission-based, so you only pay when it delivers results. It's also very easy to set up and use. One thing that surprised me was that when I paused the app, several customers reached out asking where the product recommendation and discount feature had gone. They had become accustomed to using it to learn about products and find offers. That alone showed me how valuable and helpful the app is for both customers and our business.

The app started working while it was being customized! AI provides shoppers an Agent customized to my products and store. Catalog expansion is next to implement. And the support is excellent and very prompt. There is so much to Buddify and Buddify AI to use to increase my store visibility and sales.

This app has been an absolute bust for us. We've not had one order through their system, total waste of money and time. i've had much more success through Shopify Collective.

The best app for finding product suppliers in every country. I love the quantity and quality of the products and suppliers. Customer service is excellent, and they're always willing to help with anything I need. Importing products to my store is quick and easy. Without a doubt, it's the best app of its kind.

There are not enough, higher end websites linked to Buddify, so it is quite difficult if you’re looking for more luxury items.

I have not sold on another site yet but love the concept and look forward to many partnerships in the near future.

Buddify makes it easy to partner and host products with other businesses making it easy to collaborate with others! We found it easy to share product listings, inventory counts, pricing, and shipping policies with others. We haven't had any technical difficulties or need to contact support at this time.

I like this, I have not had any business yet but It would be nice if I can search businesses by the tags. I only want to find sports and outdoors retailers. I need to filter that tag for example.

Edit 04/04/2025: It's a great platform with some serious potential, but it's severely limited by the fact that most of the shops on Buddify don't ship outside of their countries. We are in Canada, and I'd say a good 90% of the shops listed don't sell or ship to Canada, it's our only real issue with the app. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We love the concept, and are more than willing to give it a try. We had some questions about the whole process and getting things set up, and Emma was a huge help! she has dealt with a few emails from us asking questions, their customer service has been amazing. We see this as a huge benefit down the road for us to offer more product we'd normally never have a chance at stocking, and for other stores to have the same opportunity.

The integration with Shopify is flawless. The setup was super simple, and within minutes, I was able to start importing products from other brands. Unlike other dropshipping platforms that require a lot of manual work, Buddify makes the entire process smooth and automated. The interface is clean, intuitive, and beginner-friendly, making it easy even for those new to eCommerce. One of the biggest advantages of Buddify is that it allows you to source authentic, high-quality products from real brands instead of generic dropshipping products from overseas. Buddify has been a lifesaver for our small business. We specialize in eco friendly pet products and are in the process of launching our all natural Yumkins Pet Treats line. The great thing about it is we can upload all of these products on Buddify. It gives everyone the opportunity to exchange and sell each others products for better exposure and profits. It's a great platform to get your foot in the door with larger companies and the modern day style of dropshipping. WE LOVE IT!

I initially gave this app a 1 star review (because I had a poor service when I first installed this app), and was contacted by the owners and given an upgrade to try it again, and to rewrite my review. I then gave it 4 stars. That was a mistake. I set up my store on this app, with the instructions that were given, at the time (November 2024) and my store was set up so that others could sell my wares, NOT so that I could sell others' wares, as I had intended. I got busy with Black Friday and end of the year and have just now been able to come back to this app and I see there are 8 "partners" to my store. The app has better instructions now, and has a guide, including a video, telling you how to get set up with them. No where on this video did I see that people are to import your listings, which not only copies and pastes photos/videos from your site, but several stores have copied and pasted the descriptions that I painstakingly created myself. This is not okay with me. This can confuse customers, and can severely hurt SEO. I have now had to contact the owners of these stores requesting them to remove those listings from their stores, only to be told by some store owners - that (1) this is the way Buddify works; (2) that this doesn't hurt SEO and (3) just remove my store from Buddify and that will fix the problem. None of that is a solution. (1) This should NOT be the way Buddify works, because you should write your own listings. (2) It does hurt SEO and (3) I've contacted support already and awaiting a reply from them, but am not holding my breath. This is not a good app.

The idea is great, but the apps need refinement. The app does not allow you to explore all the possibilities as a supplier for free. There is no option to select your branch of activities with accuracy. Archived products appear in the filter section, which makes the selection harder. Besides, there are no filter options, which makes it difficult if you have an inventory with more than 100 variables.

Lot's of flexibility and support on set-up David was very helpful on ensuring we had the best start! Haven't had the app for an extended period so difficult to review performance of ROI at this stage - hence the 4 star.

The support at Buddify is great. They're really supportive towards small businesses and there is a good range of products to offer variation to your store. Can't fault it.
