had a hiccup figuring out something, sent in a chat. Ian took the time to record a video to show me exactly how to do it. couldn't have handled it better.

This app has been an absolute bust for us. We've not had one order through their system, total waste of money and time. i've had much more success through Shopify Collective.

Great app! Sadly, for so long, I didn't understand all that we could do with the platform. I was only utilizing a very small fraction of what we could do. I reached out with a question on how to do something, and Fede and Guy went above and beyond in showing me the possibilities and even setting up examples. It was clear how strong their knowledge of UGC and social proof was for a small business like ours. Now, I have the ability to look like the big dogs. Speaking of the big dogs, I wasn't treated any less by Guy or Fede because we weren't a huge company. The genuinely were interested about my business, and plotting out what would work wonderfuly for us. It wasn't planned originally for 2026, but now figuring out how to fully implement all the offerings of Sauce for our shoppers is at the forefront of our mission. Because of the them being in a different zone (5 hours ahead of us), sometimes there can be a little delay in response, but everything is always addressed and responded to.

This app has been very positive so far, we've used it almost 2 months, and we do see extra items being added. I can't give a percentage, but it's happens probably every day or every other day. The customer service has been good and always on it. The only complaint I would have is that there are several things that you have to request to be turned on, or to be extended. Which honestly, happens very quickly, within minutes usually. With that said, why not make these default instead of having to request, it adds speedbumps where they aren't necessary, and frustration on the users side of having to add an extra step.. Support has been great though!

CED Commerce was great and made the installation well. Their team has helped me with many other apps. highly recommend.

We were looking for a way to improve the average pop up with helping the shopper learn more about us. This app has been a great solution allowing us to tell a little more of our story and connect with customers on a different level. We have a 96% collection rate for email/phone collection on the popup, and conversion to purchase is at over 14%, our previous pop up converted under 2% to purchases. We'll see how this stands long term, but it seems so promising. I like being able to add different pop ups in the future targeting different segments mining for more data, and getting a stronger connection with our customers. Also, we love the ability to add polls that we can connect with Klaviyo to get info and add contacts into segments. Beyond the app, support has been top notch. I can't talk positively about the guys and their app! A++++++

Just getting this going, but so far the support and staff have been excellent. Sagar + Kirthi have been excellent over the call, and I look forward to making this app an integral part of our business. The ease of the app flow has been impressive, and the speed. The design aspect was greatly appreciated in a busy business.

I can't talk up this app up enough, and especially the Support Team. Great support, top notch! Highly recommend. We have changed themes a few times, and along the way, they have always been there to update what needs to be changed, and even did something for us that they don't show that's possible in the app! Great company, and the sales from this app is noticeable. Thank you guys for always being there.

The app itself has been quite useful on our site, I definitely recommend it. We've been presently surprised with the number of upsells it's added. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, the chat support and tech support are unmatched with other Apps we've used. This app has had the best customer service we've experienced, hands down.

This app works great! Help is always there for any issues that may occur! Fast response and errors fixed!

I have used the app for about a month, it has been a positive experience so far. I haven’t had any problems, and it was easy to install.
