We have been using GoodAPI for a while now as it fully aligns with our environmental and social responsibility values as a coffee company. Good API has allowed us to plant trees as well as remove plastic bottles from the environment making sure we do our small part in making a change. The team has been super helpful in getting everything adjusted to our needs and provide a full transparency to our customers what we are doing as well as allowing them to participate in our mission. The widget is easy to install and implement and feedback we are getting from our customers is great. And we have not seen any impact on loading speeds on our site so that is an extra bonus.

We have been using Captain Shipping Protection since the very early days they provided this app and are super happy. It has helped us offering a valuable offer to our customers that provides them with confidence that their orders arrive safe and if something should happen during transit that they get priority resolution and either a refund or a replacement product without any hazzle. The support team is super responsive and if we have any questions are getting us answers straight away!

We were looking at a combined solution for our pre-order products as well as allowing our customers to request notifications when out of stock items come back, and we are glad we found Stoq. The app integrates well in our technology stack (Omnisend) and is easy to install and get up and running. We wanted some additional modifications and the support team was super responsive and got it all ready for us. Just discovered the app as we were looking for a solution that allows us to record partial offline payments from our wholesale customers. As you cannot take partial payments with manual resources directly in Shopify, this app is filling the gap and is exactly what we need. Thanks to Michelle we got over a small glitch that we had and now the app is working perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone who takes manual payments and has to split the payment or record partial payments.

We have been using Pandectes GDPR Compliance for several years and have been super happy with the ease of use. We also have a tool that helps us stay compliant with GDPR compliance. We recently got offered a compliance check and we got some great suggestions from Konstantinos to make sure we meet all the regulations. He did a great job walking us through what we can adjust and also what to improve. Amazing support and a great team at Pandectes.

We have been using Return Prime for a while now and found it by far the best value for the pricing in the return solutions. We tried a few other solutions for Shopify but could not find anything that meets our requirements better. Any support question we had always got resolved very quickly and we are super happy that it connects not only with our Shopify store but also is integrated with our mobile app.

We have been using this app to display badges as well as product highlights on our app store and we are super happy with it. The app is super flexible to create your own badge styles and it allows us to make it easy for our customers to find new arrivals, specials and highly rated products, as well as with the product highlights we are able to showcase the best flavors our coffees and teas offers. We just migrated from a Shopify 1.0 to a 2.0 team and had some questions on how to get some badges to show up and the team at Prime Product Badges Stickers was super helpful and that on a a weekend. Could not ask for any better support.

We are fairly new to reamaze (using it now for a little over a month) but fell completely in love. We have been using a different CRM app but their recent pricing changes and lack of attention to small business needs (I understand large companies are valuable customers but you should not abandon your first backers) made us look for an alternative. And are wee happy to have found reamaze. It was super easy to install and get configured to our branding and needs and we have so far seen great feedback from customers on our support and for the ease of use the chat and helpdesk. We are so happy we found reamaze and made the switch.

We love this app. Makes it easy for our customers to sign up for shipping protection and if we get a request to refund a package that was lost or damaged we do it. But as the occurrence is so low it allows us to keep the extra revenue for the protection and in the rare occasion something gets lost, we just pay from that extra revenue stream. This is the best way to handle shipping protection. We are so happy we found this app and replaced our old shipping protection solution. We save a lot and our customers are happier to!

We have been using another customer review app and have been looking for a replacement that has a more modern approach as well is easier to operate. And we learned about Fera and immediately fell in love. It was super easy to set up and customize to our needs. We had a few small questions about our implementation and the team was super responsive and helpful and had all our questions sorted out the next day. We have been looking at a replacement for our current tracking solution to give customers real-time updates as well as tracking that integrates with Klaviyo. After looking at several options we came across TrackingMore and we did not have to look any further. We installed Social Snowball and could not be more pleased on offering an affiliate program now to our customers. It is a great way for us to get our most loyal customers rewarded for sharing how much they love our coffee and teas and also get their friends a discount when buying from us. The installation was super easy and getting us started took just a few minutes and we had the program set up. The app has the integrations we were hoping for with Klaviyo and also Postscript SMS Marketing and that fits perfectly with our marketing strategy. We had been using a manually coded solution for our wholesale pages to be locked down from our regular webstore. But over time that became a big maintenance effort so we decided to look for a app solution on the Shopify app store. As we are already using the B2B/Wholesale solution from BSS we decided to give their login & lock access solution a try. And we are super happy we did. Allows us to lock down the pages we need access limited to our wholesale customers as well as is super easy to install and configure. We wish we had much sooner looked and switched to B2B Login & Lock Access, it would have saved us so much time. But now that we have this app installed we are happy that we no longer have to manually code our pages and it is all taken care of with the app for us.

Great app that allows us to provide some special benefits (discounts) to first responders and a way for us to say a small thank you for their service. Easy to install and seamless integrated into the Shopify experience. Our first responders love it as it makes it easy for them to verify they are eligible and it is a no worry solution for us.

We recently discovered Xero Bridge and we are so happy we did. We had it up and running in less than an hour and since we have started using it Xero and Shopify are in sync and reconciling our orders is finally fun again. This integration works flawless and if you have a question, the support is fast and super helpful. Strongly recommend is you use Xero and Shopify, as for us this is the best integration in the app store. We had been using Xero and Shopify since we started on Shopify several years ago. We started out with the original integration between Xero and Shopify from Xero and things were working ok. After several years that integration was handed over to a third party and that is when problems started to occur. So if you are in a similar boat, then Xero Bridge will resolve your issue.

The Tapcart team made the transition to our new mobile app a blast. The entire process just took a few days and we had our brand new app up and running and are now able to offer our customers a great experience when buying coffee and teas. The Returns Center app simplifies and automates our return process and was super easy to install and get integrated with Shopify. It is a big time saver in handling returns for us and would recommend anytime to any Shopify Store who allow returns.
