Great app and great support :)
Getting started with CedCommerce for TikTok Shop wasn’t the easiest — especially when it came to syncing products at the beginning. The interface also takes a bit of time to learn. But once everything is set up and you get familiar with how it works, it runs smoothly and does the job well. The real highlight for me has been the support: our account manager is always available on WhatsApp and responds instantly, which makes the whole process much easier.
Ich habe bisher nur die Back In Stock Benachrichtigung eingerichtet, aber ich bin von der Funktionalität und zuverlässige Support positiv beeindruckt. Nagaraj war sehr freundlich und hat mich in paar Minuten geholfen, die Implementierung zu finalisieren.

Very good, affordable app with great customer support. A few bugs still need fixing but the team is more than willling to help quickly and effectively. :) Well done!

The app is straight-forward, easy to implement and well-designed. The customer support proved really helpful and responsive in helping out with some customizations or code implementations. Would definetly recommend!

We are currently finalizing the implementation of this app and the customer service has been really supportive and always willing to listen to any concern or particular wish, and trying to do every extra steps possible to meet our wishes! Overall the service is really good, following us personally throughout the whole process. The app and AI algorithms are powerful, while also allowing an understandable overview of all widgets, differently from other apps where you are quickly lost among all features.
