I am leaving this review because I genuinely want other sellers to be aware of my experience before committing to CedCommerce apps. I am currently using their Etsy and TikTok integrations and have also looked into their eBay/Shopify integration. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been extremely frustrating. The biggest concerns are billing transparency, integration issues, and customer support. I believe I have been overcharged for the Etsy and TikTok apps. When I tried to understand exactly what I was being charged for, I could not find the billing information clearly in my Shopify account. I contacted CedCommerce and requested copies of my invoices so I could properly verify the charges. It has now been 5 days since I requested the invoices, and I still haven't received them. I don't think a customer should have to chase a company for basic invoices related to charges on their account. The TikTok integration has also not been working the way I expected an integration should work. There have been issues with synchronization and the overall integration experience, creating additional work and frustration instead of making multichannel selling easier. I understand that technical issues can happen with any software. The bigger problem is how those issues are handled. In my experience, the combination of integration problems, billing concerns, and delays in providing basic documentation has been extremely disappointing. I am sharing this review not to attack anyone personally, but to give other sellers an honest account of my experience. If you are considering CedCommerce apps for Etsy, TikTok, eBay, or other marketplaces, I strongly recommend confirming exactly what plan you are being charged for, what features are included, and how billing and invoices are handled before committing. I am still waiting for the invoices I requested 5 days ago. Until the billing concerns and integration issues are properly addressed, I cannot recommend CedCommerce based on my experience. I hope CedCommerce takes this feedback seriously and improves its billing transparency, integrations, and customer support. Sellers should not have to spend days chasing invoices while also dealing with integration problems. Sharing this review so other sellers can make a more informed decision and hopefully avoid facing the same issues.

I have been using CedCommerce for around 1.5 years. I initially started with their Etsy integration and later onboarded their TikTok and eBay apps as well. I have invested a significant amount of money with CedCommerce because I genuinely expected their service and support to be reliable for a business that depends heavily on accurate marketplace integrations. When I initially started with the Etsy app, I paid approximately $2,500, which included the app plan and customization/onboarding work. At that stage, I understood that there were additional costs because some customization was required. However, the experience at renewal was completely different. For the renewal of the Etsy service alone, I was asked to pay approximately $6,500. Across Etsy, TikTok and eBay, I am now spending around $9,000 in total.I was told that this higher renewal amount included ongoing customization, priority support through chat, meetings and WhatsApp, and that an account manager would be assigned to me. These were presented as important additional benefits of the package. An associate named Aditi was assigned as my account manager, but unfortunately my experience after that was extremely frustrating. Instead of making the account management easier, several things became more complicated and, in my experience, my account was badly managed. What makes this even more frustrating is that the current CedCommerce plans already advertise support features. Their Growth plan, for example, currently includes inventory syncing and support, while their higher/custom plans advertise additional support and development services. So as a customer paying thousands of dollars for a supposedly premium/custom arrangement, I expected a significantly higher level of reliability and accountability. The biggest problem is that I am now facing a very serious inventory synchronization issue.Yesterday, I actually oversold products because the inventory did not sync correctly. And this has been an ongoing issue. For an e-commerce business, this is not a minor inconvenience. Inventory synchronization is one of the most fundamental functions of an Etsy-Shopify integration. If inventory is not updated accurately, it can directly result in overselling, cancelled orders, unhappy customers and financial losses. What is especially disappointing is that I was specifically paying for what was described to me as priority support and ongoing customization. If I am paying approximately $6,500 for the Etsy renewal alone, I should not have to discover that inventory is not syncing properly after an overselling incident.Another major concern is the way customization charges were presented to me. My understanding is that customization/development charges are generally a one-time cost. Therefore, charging a substantial recurring renewal amount on the basis of “ongoing customization” without clearly explaining exactly what continuing customization work is included is extremely difficult to justify from a customer's perspective.I also feel that the pricing and value proposition were not explained transparently enough at the beginning. I agreed to the higher renewal because I was told I would receive ongoing customization, priority support, meetings, WhatsApp support and an account manager. But when the core functionality itself fails and I end up overselling products, those additional promises lose their value. At this point, I honestly feel that I have been significantly overcharged relative to the value and reliability I have received.I am not writing this review because of one isolated support interaction. I am writing it after approximately 1.5 years of using CedCommerce and after spending thousands of dollars across their marketplace applications.I expected a premium experience because I was paying for one.Instead, I have experienced: * Extremely high renewal costs compared with the standard plans * Unclear justification for the large recurring customization/support fee * An account manager experience that made things more complicated rather than easier * Inventory synchronization problems * An actual overselling incident caused by inventory not syncing properly * A gap between what was promised as “priority support” and the actual experience * Concerns about whether the additional premium services justified the amount being charged I understand that integrations can sometimes face API or marketplace-related issues. However, when a company is charging thousands of dollars for a premium service, I expect proactive monitoring, clear communication, accountability and rapid resolution when something goes wrong.I have been a CedCommerce customer for 1.5 years and I gave them multiple opportunities because I wanted the integration to work long-term. Unfortunately, the combination of the pricing, account management experience and the recent inventory/overselling issue has seriously damaged my confidence in the platform. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering a premium/custom plan first get everything in writing: exactly what customization is included, what is one-time versus recurring, what “priority support” actually means, what the account manager is responsible for, and what happens if inventory synchronization fails. For my experience, the price I paid and the service I received simply do not match. Very disappointed after investing so much money and trust in CedCommerce.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with CedCommerce TikTok App I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using the CedCommerce TikTok Shop integration app. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app to businesses that depend on accurate product synchronization and responsive customer support. The biggest issue I faced was with product/listing synchronization and data consistency. The product count shown inside the CedCommerce app did not match the product/listing count visible in my TikTok Shop. When you are managing a large product catalog, this is not a minor inconvenience, accurate synchronization and reliable inventory/listing data are fundamental requirements of an integration app. I reached out to CedCommerce support specifically because I wanted clarification regarding the difference in product count data between the CedCommerce app and TikTok Shop. Instead of getting a clear and satisfactory explanation, the support experience became another major source of frustration. I was having a conversation with an agent named Suryansh, and while I was still discussing the product-count issue and trying to understand the discrepancy, the chat was closed by the agent. Closing a support conversation while the customer is actively trying to resolve an unresolved technical/data issue is extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, unacceptable for a paid software service. When you're paying for an integration service, you expect the support team to investigate the issue, explain what is happening, and stay with the conversation until there is at least a clear resolution or an actionable explanation. Simply ending the chat does not solve the problem. Another major concern was the pricing and plan recommendation. I was paying approximately $150 per month, even though, based on my actual requirements, I later realized that a plan around $19 per month would have been sufficient for my account. What is particularly frustrating is that CedCommerce did not clearly explain this to me or help me understand which plan was actually appropriate for my usage. If a customer is paying significantly more than necessary because they don't understand the plan structure, I believe the company should make an effort to clearly explain the available plans, their limitations, and which plan best matches the customer's actual requirements. Instead, I ended up paying around $150/month for functionality that I apparently did not need at that level. This is especially disappointing because the whole purpose of using an integration platform is to save time, reduce manual work, and provide reliable synchronization between platforms. When the listing counts are inconsistent, the data needs clarification, and customer support closes the conversation before the issue is properly addressed, the value of the service becomes questionable. I also want to emphasize that my criticism is not simply because I encountered a technical problem. Technical issues can happen with any software or integration platform. What matters is how the company handles those issues.
