The new app update is very unorganized, no way to filer products by name or date added for easy duplication, every time you type something in and then go back it goes all the way back to the home screen instead of on the title you needed. small updates need done to the old interface it worked better.

Whenever you couple inventory with each other, and something gets sold, the app messes up the whole supply into minus. This has happened multiple times with multiple different items by the way! Wouldn't really recommend this ap

Ability to create bundles manually or the SKU very good, we have hundreds of bundles configured. Lacking features for making creating, maintenance and reporting easier. You CANNOT: copy a bundle to reduce rekeying, searching for products that are part of a bundle, reporting on bundles against active products in shopify. All the things you really need to manage a large collection of bundles to avoid costly mistakes with selling and maintaining inventory. There has been no new features in years. This app has fallen way behind what is expected from a paid bundle app.

This is one of those types of apps that simply has to work properly; otherwise, there is a huge financial risk if the inventory is incorrect, as well as a significant amount of work required to fix any resulting issues. Unfortunately, this particular app does not meet that standard. It stops working randomly, and the consequence is that you cannot run a reliable business on such an unstable technical solution.

The app rarely works properly, costs a fortune and getting help and support is a nightmare. I wish I could avoid using it but there is no-one else offering this service and it's essential to my business.

the app stopped working properly and ruined out inventory count on tons of products. Extremely time consuming and wasteful when the basic feature of different SKUs start being seen as one on a listing.

We used this app for 3 years now at lollygag.co. We use it to create bundled products, super easy to use and it works perfectly, when we did have an issue their customer service answered within a day and helped.

The support for this app is amazing, they are willing to help with any issues that arise! Each store is different and they make sure that they take care of each customers needs! We have ran into a few issues with different custom coding and how this app interacts with our store and they were quick to make sure things got resolved!

Just a great app to add functionality for bundle groups (when an order for 1 item pulls multiple products from your Shopify inventory) as well as connected groups (when multiple items than can be ordered - like at different prices - pull from the same inventory source SKU) all at a very reasonable price. It's simple to set up and if ever needed, support responds promptly.

This app is great for syncing inventory across multiple items. Customer service has been quick and very helpful through their chat function when I had questions or issues finding settings.

Don't expect to get any useful customer support. Good thing i didn't wait for the trial period to end and uninstalled.

I've wanted to like this app as it was an economical way for us to manage inventory shared across several of our gifts, but it keeps changing inventory levels in shop, resulting in several of our products being marked OOS when they really aren't. Even after I change the inventory back to the correct numbers in Shopify, it pulls them out again. It's a never-ending tug-of-war and I'm having to constantly manage and watch our product levels. I'm hopeful support can help, but haven't heard back from them. We tried this app once before and the same thing happened. I had hoped it was a fluke, but perhaps not.

This is exactly what I needed, I followed the tutorial and it seems to work fine. I had some inquiries about the app and the support team was pretty fast to reply. The interface could be improved more, make it easier to edit and view the inventory. Will update the review if something changes.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. I linked both male and female stock together using the same SKU which allowed me to use different photos for each product.

Working well and Billy reached out multiple times when I had some questions to make sure everything was working well for me, Great service!

This did not work on the inventory I added the bundles and followed the steps for the connection with the inventory, but It never recorded the bundle purchases in to the products inventory, I deleted the plugin.

I have been searching for an app that can deduct inventory when using different variants. Tried others and were extremely complicated. This Connected app is truly a life saver, incredible support and so user friendly. If i can give it 10 stars i would. Do not waste 100's of hundreds of hours searching as i did. At first I was so excited about having found this app. It seemed to respond to my needs. But when things got real, the app completely failed me. I do flash sales which attract many buyers and thus many sales in a short time. I sell sheets from rolls so I have bundles for this as instructed by Connected Inventory. Followed their set-up instructions to the letter. And when I needed it, It sold a whole lot of stock that I didn't have. Their reply after my complaint: We noticed you had a lot of sales in a short period of time. This app is not suited for this. People need to be warned for this. I have a bunch of disappointed customers and a business i'm trying to build up. I lost clients due to this app. Be wary!!!!!!

I've been using this app for quite some time, and I must say that it is a life saver. I have a lot of custom products across my store that share the same variants (tees) and needed to be able to accurately track and share my inventory. This app did just that! The install was super easy and using the app is a breeze. Thanks Connected Inventory!!

This app helps us track our inventory and keep our quantities up to date within Shopify. It is the perfect solution for us.

App works as it should, and is easy to use. We have both male and female clothing webshops, so this app helps connecting all unisex products to both webshops.

Have started using this app with the connected inventory via SKU part of the system and once set up it works great. The Support team are 5* and have got back to me quickly and clearly when required I had a lot of products to link up (Over 250 variants) so the process of going through and setting the inventory levels for each one manually would have been horrible but I did it by an inventory csv export and import. Having that covered in FAQ may have helped or a better way of doing bulk changes built on to the app even better and its only because of this that I have given 4* rather than 5* I do recommend this app and now getting on to the bundled option!!

This was the only app I could find to help me keep track of my complicated inventory. Easy to understand and use.

We've been using the app for a while and it's really intuitive and straight forward to work with. Support is top notch and lightning fast as well.

Initially it took me a little while to get my head around the Connected Inventory App, but now I understand it better it is proving to be a very useful tool. I received excellent support from the developers and in a timely manor. The developer even created a 'use case' for my particular application and posted it onto their website for me to follow. This helped me to tailor Connected Inventory to my particular use. The developer has plans to add more functionality including such things as low stock alerts. In the future I am sure Connected Inventory will become an even better tool than it already is.

Was facing a huge problem where are my inventory was not linking up with retail/wholesale. Daunting, thinking this is going to be a major process to fix, got in contact with connected inventory. Wonderful idea in theory but a disaster in practice as it crashes if “too many” orders go through - and they won’t tell you how many orders is too many! As a result we had a Black Friday disaster where the app stopped working and was therefore overselling our inventory. My staff had to spend hours manually re-setting our store on the busiest day of the year. Avoid this app!

Great service. Fast turn-around. I was having problems synching after we changed warehouse locations but Billy from support was able to get things fixed for us extremely quickly.

Very helpful for what we needed accomplished. I also like that it's instantaneous. The second my inventory of one product is reduced, the other product(s) in the group follow suit at exactly the same time without delay.

Not only was this app exactly what I had been searching for but Cesar went above and beyond! I needed a few other customizable things done to make my ordering process just how I envisioned - not expecting that he could or would help with it - and not only did he understand exactly what I was wanting, but he came up with better ideas! He did all that I needed and within a quick turnaround. So thankful!

I used this app to keep track of composite items. We have things set up where two different listings are actually sharing an inventory, and so when a customer is buying one of them, the inventory on the other listing needs to go down as well. This needs to happen on returned items as well; if one listing is restocked, the other listing needs to have its inventory adjusted as well. On our preliminary testings, it seems to accomplish what we need to do. Ultimately, only time can tell whether it really works as different scenarios arise. So far, no problem whatsoever. Just recently, we received an email asking us to delete the app and reinstall since there were changes in the Shopify API. In the email, they assured that things in the database would not be lost and we would not need to set things up again. It required some communication with the dev back and forth, but eventually things are back to how it was. We are very happy with the dev team replying and working on our case immediately. We will be updating this review as the time goes; but right now, we are happy with this app.

Great little App works straight of the box with no hassle, and the support is pretty good too. If you need to keep your inventory is sync across multiple variants this is the App for you.
