I love the app; it has opened markets for me at a reasonable price. I have worked with many team members at G|Translate, and they offer solid support, with a special shoutout to Vahan, Grikor, Suzan, and Arshak. If you want to add accurate translations to your website on a directory (e.g., xxx.com/fr) or a subdomain (e.g., fr.xxx.com), then this app might be right for you.

Currently, I would not recommend this app due to a serious issue that I have repeatedly brought to the attention of the support team, which they have refused to address meaningfully. I have been asking for weeks, and their solutions focus on what others are doing wrong rather than what Omnisend can do to fix the issue. A specific problem to be aware of is that when sending coupons with a dark background, the expiry date, even when set to a light color, can sometimes turn black and become invisible. This causes significant confusion for customers and results in lost sales. If I could easily switch to another platform, I would have done so a while ago. Omnisend, please get your act together and address this issue.

Limited but functional. I am getting good results with this app, sales and ranking.

Skeptical at first, I am converted. My average ROAS is currently 11.2x after just three weeks. Support is good and timely and I feel confident that this is a good investment.

I went from zero to a hundred with this APP in just a few hours; support is excellent and the workflow is logical and well-executed. The APP feels solid and I think it's a great value for those that wish to build out their stores beyond their theme. Compare the prices of similar offerings and they are more than twice the price. Thanks for a great APP.

Buggy and their server is dead slow. Support responds but often with canned responses, doesn't really feel like a partnership as with some other developers. I've had an ongoing issue which has not been fixed and the message is 'all will be fixed in the new version'... that has not appeared for 6 months. I'm out and moving my business elsewhere.

Developer is helpful and responsive. App is simple yet powerful. It integrates well with the POP theme. I am happy with this APP.

Initially it took me a little while to get my head around the Connected Inventory App, but now I understand it better it is proving to be a very useful tool. I received excellent support from the developers and in a timely manor. The developer even created a 'use case' for my particular application and posted it onto their website for me to follow. This helped me to tailor Connected Inventory to my particular use. The developer has plans to add more functionality including such things as low stock alerts. In the future I am sure Connected Inventory will become an even better tool than it already is.

Works as advertised. Fast response from support and very helpful. Value for money when compared to similar apps. I recommend.

Pretty good APP. One thing is that I do have a long delay between posting on my IG and my feed updating in the APP. I presume that this is not a normal behavior because it is very inconvenient to workflow. I have tried logging out, clearing my cache, even a new private browser window to test the update, but no luck so far.

WOW WOW WOW - this APP is awesome. Powerful and flexible. Customer support is rock solid and held my hand all the way - I highly recommend.
