The app works great overall. Although there are still some bugs, the team fixes them very quickly, and Harun is always very helpful whenever support is needed. I hope the app continues to improve and eventually becomes perfect without any issues.

Good solution for multi country pricing

We have just started using MLVeda Multi Currency Pricing. I think the importance of customers seeing prices in their own currencies relative to their locations and rounded to the decimal points they are familiar with cannot be understated. We all come to apps with our own expectations and projections of what they can do, and this can often lead to misunderstandings between developer and client. My experience with MLVeda setting up the app and chats with support were exactly what one would hope for. Recently we have had a few technical issues - prices on the item and in the cart were showing different. Vijay, Harun, Shaba, Amol and others on the team solved the issue. This app is fantastic for converting currencies across various countries. The support we received was exceptional. Although we encountered some integration issues, the guidance provided was excellent, and now we're delighted with the plugin's performance.

We have been using multi-country pricing and mcheckout for a long time now and the app has helped us get a good amount of international orders. Their support team is also very prompt and helpful , especially Harun from their support team.

I would not recommend this app to anyone. Shopify should even remove it from the sore for the below reasons: 1. Bad customer Support: If you ever faced an issue with the app no one will help you but yourself. The support team doesn't know what they're doing, they just give you lame excuses. 2. Bugs: This application is very buggy and sometimes does not even switch the currency. 3. Slow: By using this app keep in mind that your products page will take forever to load especially the prices of each product, so for the first 30-60 seconds your customer will view a page with no prices. Overall I don't recommend this app for anyone and I'm currently looking for better apps.

The best workaround for specific pricing in different countries while we aren't ready yet for Shopify Plus. The team is super responsive and helpful, and they resolve issues within 24 hours! Yes, using this app does have its drawbacks due to a lot of incompatibilities with other apps, so I hope they can come up with a way around it in the future.

The support team help me with other app which is developed by them. After they fixed my issues, I told the support that I need an accurate price to single market on my website. Jayakrishnan, a nice guy from the support team, told me that it's hard to set an exchanged rate by myself on that auto-converter app. Thus, he suggested me Multi Country Pricing app which is totally fit my needs! Jayakrishnan spent whole afternoon to help me deal with those issues, they are really a wonderful support team !

Great team, always immediately responsive and always quick to resolve issues or provide help. The product does glitch some times, but nothing the team hasn't been able to address and fix immediately. The overall product is great, as is the team at MLVeda, the developer.

It's an amazing solution to the online store and it's great to be able to set prices according to country. The only problem is that multi country prices will not reflect in the POS app, this applies to any 3rd party as Shopify has not developed this yet. The customer service team are incredibly helpful, I managed to schedule a meeting within 8 hours, I spoke to a great team who knows what they're talking about!
