I've been billed for months now with ZERO WORKING GALLERIES!! I want to uninstall and delete but I can't figure out how to do it! Super upset!

Worked great for years. Suddenly no image galleries are visible, except on one computer where security certificates were set to always trust. Doesn't work on any other computer or smartphone, using several different browsers. Firefox gives security errors. App embed is on. Tried to contact customer support but the support page is broke and won't send messages. So, starting to look at other solutions built into the theme rather than a 3rd party app that kills us. Tried latest versions of Showtime and Pinnacle themes. Oddly the video galleries from dame developer still work, for now.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!! The app stopped working, I uninstalled it for my website more than a month ago and I am still being billed monthly!! I requested a cancellation link or instructions for unsubscribing from their billing system and got no response. Shopify customer service cannot help either because is a third party app.

The certificate has been expired since Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 02:30:11. Because the certificate is no longer valid, we are having display problems. In addition, it is impossible to contact you — by email or even through the form, an error occurs. "No response from support, today is August 28, 2025." Wish I could go lower than 1 star. Used to be fine but crashed for all users and haven't responded to any customer support. If they haven't gone out of business, they should. Gave them two weeks to get this fixed and eventually moved to a better replacement (Robin Pro I think it's called.. hope that can help someone else in the same situation). This is the first time I've ever had an app just stop working when it was live with no explanation. After years of paying. Shopify needs to take this app and all of this companies apps down immediately.

SSL Certificate expired a couple of weeks ago and there has been no communication from the developer. Do no use this app without an update. 9/9/2025

This app was good when it worked, but recent issues have made it unusable. First, images have been down for several weeks now. Support originally said it would be fixed within 24 hours. That was weeks ago, and now they don’t respond to emails at all. On top of that, there was an SSL certificate problem that caused our shop to appear “unsafe” to customers. That should have been a simple fix, but it dragged on for days without resolution or even a proactive update. The result has been catastrophic for my business: lost sales, lost leads, and hours of wasted work building on this platform.

Had to install after years of good use for same SSL certificate issues everyone else had. Couldn't reach support.

I can only assume they decided to do away with the app and just shut it down leaving customers high and dry. Stay away. It was great...then it wasn't.

App went down without warning throwing an SSL cert error. This type of error can be simply fixed by paying for the correct cert and licensing. Instead, the app was down without warning, no offer for refunding, and the author recommended to me in email to find another app to use for the time being and that they don't feel like it's coming back online anytime soon. Please de-list this app. This is going to cause me over 100 man hours to fix, and my site is dead until I find the time to reb uild the 100+ affected pages. horrible.

Yep, app is broken. Avoid it.

App will not load. Contacted hourly no reply. Better that we write our own code and move one from this. So frustrating.

What was okay is now worse than useless as it left a hole in our website that we did not know existed for weeks. Really bad for our customers and our business alike. Will be replacing this ASAP.

Was 5 star but now can not recommend due to SSL issue and lack of any fix. Am uninstalling and will find another app as it is apparent from the others experiencing this there is no fix coming.

I've used this app for years.. I just had to unistall, it just stopped working.

Apparent SSL issue has caused a system wide outage for all users, no responses or fix in place. Costing me a significant amount of sales and new leads as my sites navigation is linked to image galleries - a good example of why not to power your site on 3rd party apps. Was great while it lasted

Introduced SSL certificate issue showing shop as "unsafe" to customers. Did not fix in several days, which should be a simple certificate extension. Did not proactively inform customers. Finally switched to a different working app.

No response to service outage for more than 5 days. Moving on to a different app due to lack of communication.

Images have been down for days, can not get in contact. AVOID.

I'm trying to cancel with no luck

APP BROKEN. All my images are gone. Support ignoring me. It's been over a week and there is no way of knowing when it'll be fixed again. Do not get this app. I have cancelled my subscription as I'm just donating money to them at this point. Look elsewhere. The lack of support and response from the devs on this matter shows that even if it's fixed, they do not care about their users at all.

App broke and is now causing a security issue on my storefront. Absolutely unacceptable when there are alternatives for the same price. Good bye!

Images has been down for 4 days. They said it would take 24hrs to fix it....4 days ago! Now they won't reply to my emails. I rely heavily on images in my business and this is catastrophic. I spent HOURS using this app for my website and now I guess I have to start over. It was a great app, but if it doesn't work and there's no customer service, why use it? If they get it fixed soon (or even reply), I will happily change this review.

Cannot access the app for days. All my project photos are trapped inside. Support isn't responding to multiple contact attempts. Even their demo site is broken. glitchy AF. poorly coded. can hardly even upload an image. not made for mobile uploading. super rough immediately deleting

Very expensive for lack of customization options such as having no photo carousel. Ugly and not very intuitive user interface. There are better free options
