Does exactly what it is supposed to do. I had a problem with the videos being played back to small on mobile devoices, but the support fixed it for me and entered the correct css code into the app for me, so now I can adjust the size myself. Highly appreciated!
Great support and easy to use. Wish there was more aesthetic options but overall. Solid app that doesn’t slow down page loading.
We encountered some issues with the alignment of the videos. However, they are very responsive and helpful. Thanks to Kim for helping us resolving the issue.
The solution is really good and works well on our store. However google does not index videos with the app and Cozy development team do not have a solution and suggested we find an alternative. If you don't need google indexed video's this is fine.
Great app, i use their gallery and video app. Highly recommended!
Quick response and the exact video solution we were looking for! We're glad that we found the Cozy app - easy to use.
great app so far look forward to using it more as time goes on but honestly excited to see how it improves my seo
App is very easy to Use and helps to implement a nice looking Video Gallery. Support is superb. Kate helped me to integrate additional features and optimized the design and speed of video page.
Cozy videos gallery helps me create nice-looking and easy-to-use video lists for my Shopify website. I learned how to use it in a matter of minutes, and I love how the videos show up on my page. Well done Cozy team!!
BEST EVER. I choose in the second SHOP and will USE in all sHOPS in FUTURE. GOD SAVE YOUR LIVES. THANKS
Easy to install and easy to use. Worked a treat to sort videos by category/brands. Quick response from support team for a CSS query. Highly recommend - has been running for a few weeks now and we are very happy, sped up our FAQ page by moving videos to this app.
This app suits my needs perfectly. I have videos with varying caption sizes so they first appeared misaligned. I contacted the support team. Steve was able to tweak the codes for me so they all appear aligned and neat now. I rate this app very highly due the quick and professional support.
Great app. Easy to use. The popup/light mode will make sure the video does not slow down the webpage. Been looking for 3 weeks and found this great app.
Store Owners/Operators: If you are into product videos, this app is a must! User friendly, full of features, easy setup and simple to create and manage your galleries. At StoreFour, we ad an 8-video gallery to every collection. That transforms a collection page from a static display to an active lively show. Thanks. Great Job. P.S. Wish you extend the 3-month free trial to a lifetime free subscription :)
I highly recommend this app to all Shopify store owners. Great customer service!! Really responsive, I couldn't add my video gallery to my theme because of the missing advance layout, custom content in the add section to add the HTML code. They were able to add it about 6 hours on a Sunday night!! And now it looks as good as it gets. Thank you, Cozy team.
WOW! I am a new customer and had a question about adding custom thumbnail images as the ones on YouTube were quite high res and were causing my gallery to load slowly. They responded almost immediately letting me know this was a limitation and suggested I manually change the thumbnails in YouTube, bummer. BUT WAIT.... Much to my surprise they emailed back less than 2 hours later and they had their team ADD this functionality to their app and at NO COST! This is great because the thumbnails I want on YouTube I may not necessarily want on my eCommerce site. Additionally I could care less how quickly thumbnails load on YouTube, but on an eCommerce site speed is absolutely vital. With larger galleries and many thumbnails loading at once this is an excellent modification. In nearly a decade of selling online and dealing with countless developers this was a first for me. Thank you Cozy eCommerce Addons! SIMPLY OUTSTANDING A+
I would give this app TEN STARS if it was possible. I researched and tested all of the video gallery apps. When choosing an app, I score ease of use very high, intuitive interface high but CUSTOMER SERVICE - as the highest factor for my purchase. The app is great but the customer service is BEYOND EXCELLENT. They were fast, professional and worked on a weekend. They helped us nail our brand customization colors and it looks so great. Our client is happy and this is the only video player that I will use moving forward. Thanks for the positive experience and helping us make our deadline.
Works great when it works! Sometimes it just will not display but other times it works perfectly!!!!

I really wish you could have contacted us for resolution. The error you have stated is probably because of not following speed up instruction, or some translation apps which we are aware of. Some apps are written in a way which changes codes of few other apps as well instead of making change in itself alone. This gives an impression that the other apps are broken, while true culprit is someone else!
The Tech Team is digging it! Thank you Caroline and Dave! I've installed the app, tested it and built a test template to review with the Marketing dept during tomorrow's web meeting. They're gonna LOVE IT! BIG KUDOS to Dave, we had a small "aspect ratio" scenario where the video being displayed was showing at 3x4 aspect... One quick email to support and Dave had it changed over to 16 x 9 in less than 15 min! SUPER, UBER, MEGA KOOL. Thanks
Pretty Dope! I like the way it lays out on our site. Nice to see a free working app on shopify. Download it!
best free app for videos and again its free. Videos are easy to load and adjust. It deserves 5 stars
As basic features, sorting would be nice and to be able to edit the order of the videos after adding them. Also an embed to display all galleries at once to be able to navigate the galleries instead of having to manually create each gallery page.
Our website is not live yet but the support has been great by this developer who was quick to respond and actually make some minor requested updates.
I tried several other apps for pop-up video galleries, and this one was by far the best in terms of the setup, customization options, and the overall look. They provided unbelievable additional personal support to create even more custom settings per my request. Highly recommended.
working well. I used this app to help me run my shopify store, it works well and i will continue to use it later.
After trying other Apps out there, I went with Cozy and feel it is a great app to use for your site, plus you cant beat the price. www.inkedmatrix.com
Great functionality and it's free, useful way to create video galleries and style them however you'd like. Thanks.
I wanted a quick way to organise my videos page with simple captions and layout. I managed to do this very quickly without messing things up. Like most, I have very little time to get these things done and this app has enabled to do what I wanted within the limited time frame. I'm just off to load up some more videos and am looking forward to it.
Excellent app! I really love it. Set up is very quick and integration to the website is perfect Highly recommended
I used this app to connect my you tube channel on website so far so good. I am sure they will keep improving.

Hi Of course, it works, if you have seen some error, it must be because your video is private or it is restricted on certain countries. We have contacted you for the same. Here is a demo: https://cozy-video-gallery.myshopify.com/pages/vimeo-gallery
I use this app to really highlight our involvement into camping, I am able to arrange into the order and style that fits my site
