we migrated from a paid livechat to save funds. so far it works for what we need, primarily a B2B busienss. The addition of the unified inbox assists greatly so that one person can manage the inboxes for all stores. It would be great if there was an automatic assignemnt feature so that only one perosn got notifications rather than all the users. the assigned user could then assign it to another if necessary.

Easy to install and easy to use. Worked a treat to sort videos by category/brands. Quick response from support team for a CSS query. Highly recommend - has been running for a few weeks now and we are very happy, sped up our FAQ page by moving videos to this app.

Whoelsale Simplified was the only app/developer (and we asked a lot!) that could help connect our legacy accounting system and pricing structure to our shopify site and untilise overnight ftp updates. We were very happy with their dev work and app modifications and always found their tech support to be repsonsive and find solutions or answer questions. We would highly recommend.

We use stock-sync across several stores to bulk import new products and run overnight updates including inventory, price, deactivation and information updates from our legacy accounting system and ftp drive. Whole process is automated and runs efficiently each night. Support team is really helpful and efficient. Love Stock Sync!

We used the bulk order app for our B2B site, where customers typically know their skus or barcodes or even use a scanner and iPad to do their orders. The support was fantastic helping customise to match our theme perfectly and was very responsive and quick. I would highly recommend this app to stores wanting to give customers a traditional method or ordering, an electronic version of the old paper order form if you will.
