This app is effective. The people are friendly and very responsive. You don't have to deal with individual sellers; you only communicate with CJD. They work 24/7. So, no matter the time difference, you would find someone to respond to your question or request. I want to thank Enid Dong, a customer service agent, who provided excellent support yesterday and solved a problem within minutes, which would have taken hours to resolve under normal processes. What a wonderful app! Get your store on IOS and Android mobile platforms, within five minutes of installing this app, for free... The only catch is this: The app is web-based. However, you can equip it with all traditional background features, such as offline access, high performance, etc. Your customers need to do a 30-second installation procedure, which is faster than installing an app from the Appstore or Google Play. The app then appears on the phone or tablet's home screen, just like any other app. I still need to check if the app would be discoverable via Appstore's search. Thanks! I've tried few apps in this category. None of them was easy to setup or fine-tune. Then I came across this app: Friendly, easy to configure and/or modify the defaults. The support staff is responsive and very knowledgable. My account has been assigned to Lynda. She goes out of her way to provide excellent advice and support, in a timely and friendly manner. I strongly recommend this app. You can choose specific or all currencies. The app automatically updates product prices to the current exchange rate, and complies with Shopify's policy of checking out using only your store's local currency.
