WB: Multi Currency Converter

Very responsive and good support

I have sent 2 support messages over the past few weeks about them displaying the incorrect country flag for Cyprus on the currency converter and have received no response nor changing of the flag. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: 12th of October 2025- I first emailed about the issue. After several week of no contact and no change to the flag, I sent another email. I have never received an email on my end from your team during this time (I frequently check my spam emails). 10th January 2026 - I left a review as I still had received no contact from your team, and the flag remained incorrect still, a whole 3 months after I initially made contact. This is not prompt issue resolution like you claim. 9th of February 2026 - Now you reply to my review, stating that the flag has been changed for 1 month now. So essentially, you changed it straight after I left my review about this issue, not in the 3 months prior to that since it was initially brought to your attention. Hello, Admin of Intrepid Safety. Here is the response screenshot First email we did on 12-January: https://prnt.sc/PAKZ6gimbf61 Second follow-up we did on 16 January: https://prnt.sc/tDbei8_GvBuZ 21 December email where her email was delivered to us in our Spam folder: https://prnt.sc/ziWviDwkg0Qu We resolved the query and sent 3 emails to the customer, but the Merchant's statement is still incorrect. She shared the completely wrong statement that we didn't provide any support, which is incorrect; we provided the support on time. Our support team has been actively trying to assist you via email and has sent multiple follow-ups to hello@intrepidsafety.com.au over the past two months with regular updates. However, we did not receive any response from your end during this time. Regarding the concern mentioned in your review about the incorrect country flag for Cyprus: we thoroughly reviewed the documentation and technical implementation, and this issue has already been resolved. The flag has been updated and is now working correctly across stores and it's been working from the past month. We’re always happy to help and resolve issues promptly, and we encourage you to reach out to us anytime so we can assist you directly and efficiently.

Arpan was super friendly and helpful and got my issue resolved in no time. I tried several convertors before and this is the best by far.

I really like this app a lot, its has extensive price rounding from 10, 20, 30, right up to 100. There are lots of features where you can control the look and feel of the symbol or currency and its just very intuitive. I faced a couple of tech issue on first installation, but the support lady Drashti was incredibly helpful, she instantly google called me so we could screen share and go through the issue, and then she worked non stop to get it fixed, and kept me updated through. Thank you very much for this support! I highly recommend this app for stores who arent supported with shopify payments and multi-currencies.

Customer support is also brilliant, Arpan even took time to talk me through the usage of the app via Google meets. Excellent service!! P.S. if you need to set up a fixed price conversion for different countries have a look at another one of their apps Webrex ‑ Pricing By Country

I've tried a LOT of converter apps and this one is the best. I needed the placement of the drop down to be changed to a custom position and the support team assisted me with instant chat and enabled the custom code within a few hours. Very helpful and quick. Thanks!

My experience was not really good, because the App was interfering with my Theme and causing problems to my webpage and to my store and pictures. This is why I was obliged to remove the app. Thanks for all of your hard work. Kindest regards Dancewear by Patricia

Excellent support from Arpan and the only app that actually worked for our site where we use Shopify Markets but don't use Shopify Payments (as it's not an option for India). Respects the price variations set in Shopify Markets and converts the price accordingly to the right currency.

I've used many app converters, trying to find exactly what I need! and then I came across this app, which is not only free but also had exactly what I was looking for! the customer support is also very helpful and with quick responses! I highly recommend!

Great currency converter app. Easy and comfortable to use. Thanks a lot to the app developer's team.

My store isn't open yet but so far the app is very easy to use and quite customisable. I tested the Geo-location with my VPN and it seems to work great. The fact that it's free software really makes it unbeatable!

GREATE APP. Can highly recommend it! :-) super fast help when I needed it! Webrex Studios helped me review and fix issues in a matter of minutes.

Arpan is very helpfull before downloading the app. The app has 2 options which is very nice; automatic rates and manual rates. Adding manual exchange rates is very handy as we are Turkish brand which is affecting negatively because of the huge different between currencies

Super app, il ne manque que la possibilité de désactiver la conversion dans les pays où nous ne sommes pas présents. Mais c'est déjà super pour une app gratuite. Merci

it is a very helpful app and most important is they have very responsible customer service and try their best to assist you, so do not be affraid if you feeel it is complicated, you will get the best help from them.

This app helped with our Shopify currency exchange. Easy to use and very effective, the steps to set up the app were simple.

This app is Great!! It lets you set rules by country. I really recommend it!! 10/10. Very easy to install.

Great customer support from Arpan! But unfortunatley not the app for us at the moment due to the placement not being possible in the header. All the best!

I literally just set up this app. I don't know yet how well it works from my customers end but I can change the countries from the floating box and see the changes reflected in the product prices. Setting it up was a breeze. The steps were very easy to follow. I wish I could position the floating box of countries in a area on the page of my choosing such as the upper right hand corner but I don't think I have that privilege.

I used this app to help me do x. I really like how it does y. It would be nice if it did z better.I used this app to help me do x. I really like how it does y. It would be nice if it did z better.
