I have tried several different add on apps for custom fields and this is the best for ease I am 70 and not very good with computers and they made it so easy to learn so yes the best customer service on shopify! thank you for all your help

We are loving this app! It has integrated seamlessly in to our website. We are really enjoying the flexibility it gives us to add personalisation and up sell products. Not only is the app easy to use, it's highly customisable and solved a lot of legacy issues. On top of this the support is second to none and they go above and beyond. I've gone through a lot of apps over the years but I would put this top of my list overall in terms of service and performance

Great simple personalization app! It was easy to install and was up and running in no time. I needed personalization on 1 variant, but had issue syncing with Shopify Horizon theme. Zel was able to fix this issue quickly. Great customer service.

I use this app for my small handmade shop to let customers add the name they want engraved on my wooden height rulers. It’s super easy to use, works perfectly, and looks great on the product page! The setup was simple, and I love that customers can easily type in the name they want — it makes the whole personalization process smooth and professional. It’s exactly what I needed for custom engraving and adds such a nice touch to my store. Highly recommend it to anyone who sells personalized or engraved products. It really helps create that special, personal shopping experience!

Wow I was totally surprised that a tech representative gave me incredibly fast support. I was having a lot of challenges as i am new to Shopify and to creating an online store and they actually offered me a video call and walked me through the process. It's actually pretty easy to set up the various personalization options but it's a learning curve for me as a newbie. I recommend this product. My store isn't launched yet but with this kind of support I foresee the customizations working very well.
Easy to use and great customer support! I would highly recommend this app for anyone looking for personalization. This can be configured for just some products and even for just some variant. Perfect for our home decor store!

Such an easy app with so many variations possible. Customer service on a complicated issue straightforward and solved issue straight away. Price great bearing in mind I was paying the same for a very basic personalisation box!

The app performs well, we are using it to capture names to be written on custom hoodies. Customer service has been really helpful when I had issues that turned out to be limitations of my theme.

I am SO GLAD I found this app! We were using another app that was really complicated to use and customer service would take DAYS. So far so good! It was so easy to install and set up personalized text boxes for a collection of products in my shop. I highly recommend this app. Also, I love the stock count option - it's great to show customers if an item is running low!
This is an absolutely terrific app and development team. Firstly the app works wonderfully as it is. But my store needed something slightly different and when I contacted the team about my needs, they helped me get the functionality I was after right away. I am so happy that this app and team have solved a problem that I've had with my website for a long time. I'm very grateful and the code works beautifully.
