Die App ist grundsätzlich sehr gut und erfüllt ihren Zweck Ich nutze sie aktiv und habe sogar ein Jahresabo abgeschlossen. Allerdings gibt es ein wichtiges Problem bei Vorbestellungen: Die von mir eingestellten Versandzeiten (z. B. 17 Tage) werden nicht zuverlässig bei jeder Bestellung angezeigt. Bei manchen Rechnungen sehen Kunden den Hinweis korrekt – bei anderen fehlt er komplett. Das führt zu Verwirrung, da Kunden dann nachfragen, warum die Lieferung länger dauert, obwohl die Information eigentlich hinterlegt ist. Für Shops mit Pre-Order-Modellen ist eine konsistente Anzeige dieser Information extrem wichtig. Ich hoffe, dass dieses Problem zukünftig behoben wird. Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. been using DC cart for a while. i messaged them regards listing stock bin locations as shopify dont offer a solution for this. To be fair the DC guys went over and above to help sort it. This app has been just what we needed for our preorders! It was able to be installed on a custom pack page and it tags at the PRODUCT level and not just the order level so even with Shop Pay and Apple Pay the customers see the preorders on their order receipts. This was clutch for us! The developer helped us figure out some work around for some of the issues like locations and messages that they didn't have a function for. I thought that with this app I would solve my issue of over selling items on Pre-Order and at first it was doing that very well with the Order Limit feature. But then the app started Adding QTY's to my inventory without notice, warning or any notification. This is not very helpful when we are trying to manage many different thigns and now I have to manage how an app is making changes to my stores inveorty without notice. I have sent over an email to try and get thisresolved and hope that it can. Otherwise I will eb requesting for a full refund, and will be lower this to a 1 Star. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and want to help you get back on track. The limit preorder feature that caused unexpected inventory changes has been deprecated for new merchants, and we’ve updated our system so it no longer adjusts your stock. We also improved our communication to make sure you always know exactly what’s happening in your store. We understand how critical accurate inventory is, and we’ve been in touch with your team to make things right. We’re committed to giving you a smoother, more reliable experience moving forward.

I just started my first Shopify store and needed a way to take pre-orders. DC Pre-order was easy to to add and use. When I did have a question to make sure I had done it right, the customer service response was prompt and perfect. I definitely recommend!

Functional app with excellent customer support.

So far, so good! A solid replacement for our previous, now defunct, preorder system. It does what it's supposed to do, and gives us plenty of control over how we ha del out-of-stock, back-ordered, and pre-release items. Very easy to use!

Highly recommend DC Pre-orders, super simple to set up yet highly customisable - goes beyond the capabilities of alternative apps and was the only viable solution for us with the customisations we needed. Support is fantastic and pricing is also very reasonable!

Edited Review: I ran into some limits for our store; we rely heavily on Bundles, and the DC Pre-order app has been conflicting with it. Basil was kind enough to personally walk me through the app and explain how it works and why it wasn't a good fit for us. I wish it were because that would have solved a few of our problems. Maybe in the future, if there is an update, I am open to giving it another go, simply because of the support received.

This app is great, it's crazy to me that it's not the first pre-order app on Shopify, it's much simpler and more practical than every other app I've tried. I had trouble setting up translations but I contacted the customer service and it went above and beyond to help me.

This app is dead simple and works right out of the box. Way better than the other two I tried. No nonsense. No crazy theme editing necessary. Turn it on. Add your products. Add the ship date. Done. Excellent support. Try this one before the others... or after the others so you know how frustrating they are comparatively.

Love this app. Makes setting up pre-orders so easy PLUS they built in a dynamic ship by date by product PLUS the cost cannot be beat. 100% yes.

We will be using the Dynamic QR code app initially to direct our shop floor tablet to the Order Printer app on our Shopify store. We use our store as a click and collect over Christmas and need to deal with hundreds of collections per hour. This app will allow our shop floor staff to scan a customer's order QR code and print the order out in the back of the shop for the pickers in a matter of seconds. I would like to see the order printer app load the order quicker but it is still miles forward from where we were. I would also like the ability to fulfil the order at the same time but that may not be possible, let me know. Anyway, great app and thank you for developing it. We will go for the full version in September/November. ER Update: The APP now allows you to select Fulfil as an option when the QR code is scanned. So we now have a situation where a customer can arrive for collection, we can scan their QR code and the order printer app opens, the order is fulfilled and the customer is sent the "order is ready" email. Exactly what we needed.
