I had a really positive experience with the support team. They were very kind, patient, and did their best to help me resolve my issues and find the best possible solution for my needs, it was a pleasure communicating with them! One feature I’d love to see in the future would be more customization options for the currency selector, especially the ability to customize the dropdown typography and adjust its position on mobile. This would be very helpful for keeping the selector fully consistent with the website design.

Wish there would be a way to set a fixed conversion rate, instead of using automatic ones.

I have already enabled Checkout Currency Notification in the app settings, and I understand that this feature should display a notice on the cart page, informing customers that checkout can only be completed in the shop’s main currency. However, after enabling the feature, I’m not seeing any notification displayed on the cart page on my store. Could you please help me check: Whether my current settings are correct If there are any known issues, caching problems, or theme incompatibilities that could prevent the notification from showing Where exactly the notification should appear on the cart page (for example, near the checkout button, cart totals, or elsewhere) If needed, I’m happy to provide screenshots, store URL, or theme details. currency switcher is not working am select any country but price only show my current country currency showing

every thing is fine, but in checkout page currencies not updated, and not updated currencies passed to the payment gateway.

Good app, super easy to use and install. Adds massive benefits to your website. Small gripe would be that while changing the product options the initial currency appears before it gets calculated, but that is normal I guess. So far, it is a positive experience.

havent used it but hoping it works like it presents itself then it will help foreign visitors check out perhaps more often if they can see their own currency

not easy to use, quite confusing. it would make it easy for users to understand if instructions were much clear.

I used this app to convert the currency for Canadian to USD, it worked wonderfully but then it disappeared. Hmmm

Because offering different prices in a different country we are managing two Shopify dashboards for that which is difficult to handle. let us know whether your app provides this functionality or not. Let me mention again, We don't ONLY need CURRENT CONVERTER. With Currency Converter, We also need to mention separate prices for seperate Countries

We use this app on our store so that it is easy for our customers can see the costs of our products in their local currencies. It was simple to add to the store.

I haven't used the app yet. Only reason I am leaving a comment is because we have to. but should be ok as I've seen it on others

it doesn't let you notify for free, that its a shame for me because I have different currency than USD

The apps was easy to install and integrate into my shopify store. I would like to see more features available to purchase. Right now, the paid version is VERY steep pricing with on-going monthly payments. I am willing to pay for a few extra features, just not for perpetuity.

Some updates we didnt see when the convertors stopped working. We had to double check the app on the dashboard and some html had to be updated when we initially added it. You need to check regularly that you do not need to reset or update something for it to work properly. Where to post the new html script is difficult too as it doesnt always match so you have to work it out. Besides these works well.

Yes we are using it. to be honest a little troublesome to set up, support is fantastic and once set up so easy. would recommend for those expanding out

I like it. But I would be more than happy if this app can convert currency at checkout page as well. I hope they and shopify consider it in the future.

First app to pop up on the list when looking for a currency converter, veryeasy to use and very efficien.

Very useful app. then your customers dont need to convert money all the time to check if it fits their budget or not. A great way to have new customers from all around the world. very recommendable.

I like it but not happy with the no decimal selector. There is a delay so you see the decimals for a second and them they are eliminated.

So far, so good. Trying out the free version. I like how the setup steps are easy to follow. And I can see they care enough for their customers to advise us about the GDPR. Very useful.

App was easy to install. wish it didn't default to the bottom corner.

Great because it is so simple! Would be even better if on the LAYERED theme you could set the basic position on your website, ie top right, top left, bottom left, bottom right (defaults to bottom left only).

Great app, it made my store global.

One of the best currency app on Shopify AppStore but Im missing option to move currency widget on mobile or turn-on/turn-off and keep hidden with automatic switch based on geo-location. Its good for me to have different set-up on desktop and mobile. If there is a way how to do that I would be happy but fully recommendation you :)

It's a great APP to display your product in different prices. I rated it as 4 stars cause I'm a little confused about display in EURO. $42.19 USD means €39,53 EURO, rather than €39.53. There's a huge difference between , or . for EURO My store url is www.gootium.com Thank you
