Love this app, works smoothly and has everything I need. Highly recommend!

Fantastic app and very attentive developers. We previously used a different app for pre-orders, but Early Bird is by far easier to use, more intuitive and integrates natively in our store theme. I will keep this on our store regardless of items on pre-order, as it also allows us to work ahead for purchase orders, so we can cut out a lot of manual stock-management. The developers helped me with theme integration issues within less than 24hrs every time I reached out. Very happy with this find.

Super happy with how easy and intuitive this app was to set up. Finding an app that only applied the notify when back in stock to select products was key, and this was so easy to implement and manage. We ran into an a user issue on our theme, however customer support replied within 24 hours and helped us launch it seamless with no steps needed on our end. Great app!

I tried 3 other preorder apps before finally finding Early Bird. I LOVE that there is a FREE plan available for those of us with minimal/low preorders. Josiah was incredibly helpful. He reached out to us personally (using our names) and was prompt with his responses. Through email help with Josiah, I was easily able to get the app working and set up on our website within a very short period of time. He checked in a short time later to make sure everything was working still. Customer service/tech support was A+! Would highly recommend!

I have really liked this app. It's simple to use and works really well. Even better, I'm not constantly badgered with upsell/cross sell emails. When I needed help, their team helped me quickly. I initially hesitated because the app doesn't have a lot of reviews, but after trying a few of the more popular apps and not liking their functionality, I decided to give this one a try (and i'm glad i did). I would highly recommend giving this app a try.

I had to set up a store with pre-orders really quickly and the process was ridiculously easy (even for someone brand new to Shopify). We've run over $20k pre-orders through it so far and its gone without a hitch. Really pleased with the campaign configuration which was easy to understand, and they nicely guide you through the entire setup process. Great work to the team.

The team have built one of the best pre-order apps in the biz. We've been using for quite some time. Have run over $100k in orders through it. Our favourite parts - ease of managing discounted product, ability to find scheduled orders and unfulfilled orders via pre-order app view, ability to adjust campaign mid flight and update customers easily if needed, great UX / UI on the product page, ability to add more products mid campaign without having to make new campaigns, ability to clone a campaign to save time, great help files if needed, ability to work around B2B sales and duplicate skus for pre-order so they don't show up in wholesale... Plus just general overall great service and great price. Congrats team and keep up the great work.

Works perfectly. We were awaiting a shipment of products and the Early Bird app ensured we could effectively manage stock, customer expectations and orders seamlessly, saving us $1000s in potentially lost revenue. In addition, the customer service was absolutely fantastic, with the team being super responsive and able to help us immediately, even recoding our website slightly to enable certain tweaks we wanted to make. The ONLY downside is not a problem with the app but a problem with Shopify itself - a customer doesn't find out that they are placing a back order unless current stock is zero, so if there is 1 item left but the customer orders 2 or more, it goes through as a regular order without the back-order tag. Again, this is not a flaw of this app, all apps in this category will have this same limitation. Just including it here for transparency.

I'm new to Shopify and was looking for a simple, efficient way to manage backorders in my online store. Early Bird came highly recommended by a ton of people, so I got the app and started playing around. I wasn't sure I set up my pre-order campaigns and backorders correctly in my theme, so I reached out for help. I was surprised and delighted that one of the co-founders and developers of the app responded and was able to quickly correct the parts I messed up! Awesome app and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!

I use the back in stock and preorder sections of this app every week, I recommend my customers to click "notify" on items that i've sold out of to indicate where i should spend my money ordering. Excellent value, very happy with the performance i'm experiencing.

Fairly easy to set up, worked as expected. Sounds trivial, but that's a huge deal in todays vast ecosystem of 'apps' and add-ons. The support has been spot on, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We've only been using the solution for a brief period of time, but anticipate making this an integral part of our future product launch strategies.

Early bird has worked great for our two online stores - as we both make to order, and hold stock, we needed a way to show the customer what was "made to order" and available for immediate shipping, which Early Bird does perfectly. Super grateful for the quick responses and problem solving from the team!!

Early Bird fitted the use case I had perfectly. It can handle out of stock requests but more importantly for us, it allowed me to target individual products and create campaigns to build pre sales. I had full control over how this worked and the customer support is second to none. We have been using Shopify and associated apps for 6 years now and Early Bird have been one of the best to date. The best and easiest to navigate for those looking for a pre-order system. I am a small fashion label based in Brisbane Australia, it was so exciting to see a fellow Brisbane business! Brilliant app, easy to use, and the customer service is above and beyond. The sales were instant from the first day we started our first campaign. Three campaigns in and the sales have been great We have had zero negative feedback from any of our customers, so they've also found it clear and simple to use. Impressive in its simplicity and functionality. Wish it were more affordable. We're just starting out and the profit margins on our products would require us to sell 20-30 products before we break even. But if you have a store that's already selling well, this is a great product to go with.
