Incredible app. Importing my eBay listings to my Shopify store was seamless and saved me so much time. Excellent app and outstanding customer support. We used InfoShore to import and synchronise hundreds of eBay listings with our Shopify store. Support is wonderful for this app. I was having problems figuring out how to change my primary store from ebay to shopify and support was quick to jump on it and help me out. We even changed it so that all of my imported products from ebay are now syncing with additional percentage for ebay fee markup. Thanks ebay integration team!

I would highly recommend Infoshore. Customer Service and response time have been outstanding. Live chat has been a great feature and they guided us and assisted with every step of our Ebay Store import into Shopify. We had a challenge that required a custom script for our Ebay descriptions to import correctly into our product page on Shopify. They were able to do it on the fly while I was on the live chat with them and it worked perfectly. Thank you Infoshore for helping us get our Ebay Store synced and ready to roll on Shopify!

I’ve only recently started using the App, so I’m still working through a few teething issues as I transition from another app that recently shut down. That said, the support has been fantastic, and the team has been incredibly helpful in working through the setup issues with me. It’s still early days, but based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend this app. Looking forward to seeing how it performs as we get everything up and running.

I have been using this app for 10 years. I have never had a problem. It is simple and works well. The support gets back quickly and is helpful. This is a great solution and the best I have ever seen for importing products. Thank you.
Proceed with caution before using this app! We used this for several years to manage stock syncing between eBay and Shopify. It worked OK most of the time - there were occasional glitches but we put up with it. Support was helpful although despite responding quickly it often seemed like they were clutching at straws trying to solve issues, which I expect contained a fair bit of guess work on their part. The main issue came when some kind of glitch in their system sent a mass 'end listing' command to all of our several thousand ebay listings - deleting almost 10yrs worth of history and data on some of them. They then restored the listings but also added bizarre incorrect stock levels to items and re-listed things we'd deleted months ago due to being out of stock resulting in mass over-selling. When the items weren't over-selling, they were continuing to 'mass end' each evening at 7pm. I simply could not trust them any more so have uninstalled the app and found a different provider. Our listings are now no-longer ending at 7pm each evening... I would have had a bit more respect for them as a company if they had taken ownership of this issue rather than deny all knowledge of it being anything to do with them.
I had a problem with the app initially and contacted customer service. The CS was kind, patient and understanding. Let me know what steps to take to fix the issue and ask if there was any other problems that needed to be solved.
I have been using this app since 2019 and couldn't be happier. We have an extremely high volume eBay store (over 35,000 listings) and it took a ton of time trying to bring our listings over and keep them up to date. This app has solved all of our problems and it does it virtually instantly. The support is fantastic and solves any issue you have within minutes. They even stripped out the HTML of our eBay templates so it imports over in a better SEO format. This has allowed us to grow our presence away from eBay and has saved us thousands in selling fees while gaining the ability to create our own customer base for email marketing. I have tried all of the "importing" tools and that is, by far, the easiest and most powerful tool available. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I've been using this app since it first launched, and I honestly can't imagine managing my business without it. I sell on both eBay and Shopify, and having inventory automatically sync between the two platforms has been invaluable. When an item sells on one platform, it's removed from the other, eliminating oversells and saving me countless hours of manual work. Price and title updates sync seamlessly, making it easy to manage everything from a single source. What really sets this company apart, though, is their customer service. I recently reached out about description synchronization, which wasn't included in my plan. Rather than giving me a generic "upgrade to Gold" response, Pankaj took the time to understand my business, discussed my request with his team, and worked out a custom solution that fit my needs. That level of customer care is incredibly rare these days. If you're a serious eBay seller looking to expand to Shopify without doubling your workload, this app is worth every penny. The automation has saved me countless hours over the years, and the support team has consistently gone above and beyond whenever I've needed assistance. Sync works for t itle and category. it lacks basic specification sync. they will offer to custom map but candidly the are offering to map as custom what others do as standard. for the money sell brite and others are a better value. additionally it is not reliably downcounting the inventory back in shopify when a market place sell happens. good begning but use a more tested app instead like sellbrite etc
I have used this app now for 5 years now and could not be happier. I use it to import all my Ebay listings into my Shopify site. Customer service is excellent. I am not very tech savvy and Pankaj has been incredibly patient to help me walk through setting up my Ebay token again. kudos for the very professional, timely, and responsive manner to all my inquiries . Awesome app. I use eBay to list directly and infoshare to sync with Shopify and keep track of orders. Tried alot of apps and their top tier plan offers the most features with a good price. Over 20 year on eBay... Inkfrog & Shopify , 2 years (inkfrog closed) SixBit, 12 years (I needed a web based system) Blackthorne...10 years (Blackthorne closed)
Listen up people! The buck stops here. Just spent hours with customer service. They modified their app to meet my specific needs. Have a zoom appointment scheduled to cover the changes and to walk me through features. Now this is customer service! I'm positive that if my needs change, there wont be an issue. Stop searching for other integration apps. My main issue was shipping. I couldn't integrate flat rate shipping from eBay to Shopify. Go and see the difference at our eBay store Good Deal Center and gooddealcenter.store! Over 10,000 individual listing going on 20,000! What a save!

Support team is very good. I just wish that they were closer to my time zone when I do most of my work. But that’s not on the team. Pankaj has been very helpful as well as the other team members with assisting me in transitioning my eBay business to Shopify. I admit I’m a rookie when it comes to all of this and it’s still very new to me, this team has supported me every step of the way. I love the ability to get human interaction. My only issue is that they aren’t available 24/7 due to their worldwide client base. They did tell me that I could always schedule a time to meet with someone. The only problem is that I never know when a problem will arise.

We have over 3000 products on ebay, and this tool made it super easy to manage them on shopify with just a few clicks from setup. I have used it for over a year now and any time i have a question they respond to the chat right away. Not an AI bot...a real human being. I love this about them. So glad I found this app. I needed an app that would allow eBay to remain as the master and bring in all my listings (at a discount) to Shopify. This app did just that. And customer support is some of the best ever. Working with Pankaj was great. He helped me through the entire setup. Give this app a try if you want to expand your eBay business to a website! Update after 3 months of use: 10 stars if I could give them! I upgraded to the Gold plan so that description would update along with price and quantity. Seamless to upgrade and immediately my changes were there. Did I mention how great their customer support chat was?

This is a great product and does what it advertises. Used for several years to import eBay listings into Shopify, including pictures. Recently they overhauled the app and seems like a lot of the little bugs have been worked out. It operates much more smoothly and the interface is more user-friendly. Support times have been good when we have questions, so that is a plus.

This app is great. Other apps ive tried didnt import variations, this one did. Its fast, clean UI and I'll be using this as my go-to app for importing ebay to shopify. The customer support is fast, friendly and sorted out my small issue very quickly (and the issue was impatience :)) An excellent app.

We chose this eBay integration app because of other's reviews and this Infoshore app also seemed to do exactly what we wanted in a way that we could understand (no AI and not too many extras that we will never use). And we are VERY pleased we did - the support and communication from Pankaj and team has been second to none! We are a small Australian company and needed some time to tidy up our eBay store and get rid of our old ecommerce platform and they were patient, supportive and understanding. When we were ready to migrate they have been professional and their communication is always so prompt and accurate and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with and have made/are making this migration so much easier for us to manage. This prompt personalised service is rare these days and we do appreciate it.

Was great at first, until after the import when they delisted my entire ebay store and changed the data so I have to now go through each listing one by one and fix them and relist them. What a joke

Customer service is very responsive and professional. We had questions and were able to get answers right away. The tool helped us duplicate many listings from eBay to Shopify, including the photos.
Transferring products from Shopify to eBay was quick and easy. The app is a great tool for setting up an eBay shop, especially if you have many products. Synchronization of data after orders via eBay also works flawlessly. We had to pay €60 for a small custom code, which I think is reasonable. All in all, I can recommend the app and the support.
I’ve been with this app for a year, and only recently did my small team and I realise just how many things they had set up incorrectly. They would say one issue was fixed, but every “fix” created another problem — and they repeatedly asked for more money for tasks they could have resolved with a simple click. Extremely disappointed. I joined expecting my inventory and product data to be handled accurately. Instead, their system created widespread SKU and part‑number mismatches across thousands of products, including brand‑new items their own team added. This led to refunds, incorrect orders, and serious damage to the accuracy of my eBay inventory. My CSV and supplier feed were correct; the errors only appeared after their sync. I now have over 26,000 products that require manual correction because of the changes their system made. Support consistently deflected responsibility and offered only a small partial refund despite the significant impact on my business. I’ve had to escalate the issue to my bank and Shopify. Use with caution.

Excellent app and even better support! I needed to sync over 5,600 industrial surplus items from eBay to Shopify, and Pankaj from the support team was amazing.
