Just what we were looking for! Easy to use and excellent customer service to help with little tweaks we needed. Highly recommend!
Super happy. I knew I can expect good stuff from Essential as we have been using their other apps as well for a while, but Rony and Asif went over the top trying to help with customising this one for us, to the extent that they did some customisations we requested which, to be honest, I do not think even related to their app (but rather sth we requested about other bits of our theme code). And they did it over night. So I am very grateful and happy. Thank you!
Really great app & great team, helped add back the update without refresh feature that we use constantly, essential for my store! Thanks guys!

I had been looking for an app that would display a slider banner on desktop and stacked images on mobile, and this worked perfectly. Asif was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to guide me through the setup. A fantastic app with excellent customer support, highly recommended!

AMAZINGLY RESPONSIVE & HELPFUL. Great customer service from Rony. I had unique problems that required CSS and Rony was able to fix my site within minutes. Highly recommend using this app as the customer service is elite.

I tried several gallery aps before finally discovering EGG. All the other aps were giving me issues & no support from the developers. Ran into a few things with EGG, reached out to support & they responded within minutes & worked with me to solve my issues. The customer support is top tier. Also, the ap itself is dynamic, but also easy to use. Best UI out of any of the gallery aps as well. Highly recommend.
Excellent app with many customization options and beautiful gallery layouts. Very easy to use and it helped us improve the visual experience of our store significantly. The customer service is outstanding, very responsive, professional, and always quick to solve any issue or customization request. Highly recommended!

A very flexible design for many needs. It helps me to present my art not in the optic of a shop. I had a problem due to the programming of the app. It was fixed very professional and smart.

Die vielen Funktionen sind "fast" überwältigend und haben mich anfangs eingeschüchtert. Allerdings lernt man es, mit ein wenig Geduld doch sehr schnell. Und sollte man doch einmal nicht weiter kommen, ist der Support sofort zur Stelle und hilft direkt und leicht verständlich.

Great customer service. Asif and the other customer service have gone into my shopify account fixed all the issues I had and then sent me screen shots on what they fixed so next time it happens I can fix it. It was my issue on how I saved things and they still have the patience to fix it for me. I highly recommend the app even for just the customer service alone!
This app is great, the variety of plans allow for easy integration depending on what you need. I got a little stuck in set up and their support staff was extremely helpful, quick to reply, and get my gallery looking exactly how I wanted it.
The customer service is amazing. Then installation is easy. The functions are so friendly to the online retailer website. It is easy to put whether images or videos gallery on the pages I want. This app just helped me a lot to develop my business.
Essential Grid Gallery, was the easiest gallery app to use, very user friendly. I can display my pictures and Youtube videos nicely and well sorted.

I searched through many apps to find a good masonry layout and finally found Essential Grid. I got it setup but needed some customization and their support team was quick to help and helped me design the exact skin that I needed for my site. The app navigation could be a little more user friendly, but its got a lot of customization that other apps don't seem to have.
