I had a great experience using this app. All of my issues were resolved quickly, and it has been a real time-saver for us. The person who guided me throughout the process was very kind, patient, and pleasant to work with. Their support made everything easy to understand and use. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the app and the excellent customer support. I would definitely recommend it to others and am happy to give it a 5-star rating
I've been reaching out for help via their whatsapp because I was having a hard time setting up the app. Their customer service is great, and they're very helpful. Nesrine even reset my order used, so I can continuously test the app to make sure it's exporting correctly.

Amazing app! It saves me so much time by automatically sending all my order data to my sheets. Everything works perfectly and their support team is incredible — super fast, friendly, and always ready to help. Highly recommend!
When I first downloaded it it do not work. I would not auto update the google sheet. So I uninstalled and redownloaded it a few hours later and after customer service contacted me on WhatsApp and made sure it worked properly. It suddenly works great now! Neither of us knew why it works now. Maybe it needed some time the finished connecting to the sheet. But works great for now. Customer service is VERY fast and helpful
Works perfectly. We use it for all of our stores. It has helped our company tremendously with keeping track of inventory. Great customer service. They've fixed any problems we had and even added fields we wanted. I'd recommend texting them on whatsapp with questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
