This app saved my online shop and my life. I can set all the FAQs and auto responses my clients kept on asking me. The software is easy to set up and u just let it run your customer service side of the biz. I can now sleep early, travel and hang out with my friends without the hassle of answering tons of messages per day. App is reasonably priced. I gained so much sales via this app. My clients think theyre talking to a real person 24/7. App is also REASONABLY PRICED. Love love love this app

I was having some problems with publishing my very first page. Thankfully this app has a real - time customer support messaging system in place. The support team helped me a lot. Even on a Sunday! Now everything’s working! I can’t wait to make our new landing page. Clean and easy to use interface!! Hats off to Cris the app developer

Compared to 5 years ago when i started to use Bold Product Options, support now has improved significantly. They can now install product options to your current theme within the day. They also respond to inquiries and requests in a few mins. It was very different compared to before. I am happy with the service.

Awesome app! This app has everything i need! PO form looks clean and organized. I can auto send purchase orders to my supplier once the order is marked as paid. I'm currently using bold apps for product options, and Dan enabled the forms to include these options. Great app and excellent support! Thank you so much for creating this app!!
Tried to transition from another product options app to this one. the pains of transitioning is not worth it. This app interfered with a lot of my current apps. Add to cart features and product warnings were no longer working. I tried to ask customer service to fix it. She declined. i have to talk to two developers just to get this app working. I just don’t have the time for it anymore.

App has no support at all. messaged 3 days ago no reply. App is not working. Whenever clients type in their order number and email ad, only a blank page appears. I tried to contact support for this, but until now i have yet to receive a reply. Such a bad service for a paid app.

We are terribly sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the app. :( It appears that you reached out to us on Saturday 5/25/19. Our hours of operation are 8-5 PM CST Mon-Fri. Great app! Ms. Ryanna helped me integrate this app with another one. This app increased my sales conversion in just a few days of installation. Better than other upsell / cross sell apps i tried before. I can hide / prioritize which products to promote. You just install and the app will do the rest. UPDATE I had another issue with the images in Personalizer, and Reymond helped me with my query immediately. thank you so much for the excellent service!

I get more consumers to buy from our store because they see real customers buying from us and posting real reviews. I hope loox makes Facebook Page Reviews Tab available on the Advanced Plan. Would help us start ups a lot.
