Recurrí al soporte, respondieron rápido y resolvieron mi problema.
Really simple and convenient app for selling digital products. The setup was quick, the interface is easy to understand, and everything works smoothly. Makes managing digital downloads much easier without any unnecessary complexity. Highly recommended!
This app works perfect! The developers are really helpful and kind, they were the only one with a digital PDF app that added a special feature that I requested and I really appreciate it! We will have long years of collaboration ahead of us. Keep up the good work! Flawless and really easy to use!
One of the more user-friendly apps I’ve used. The interface feels comfortable, the options are well organized, and everything is easy to configure. Great support as well.
Really easy to configure and get everything set up. The app is straightforward and works exactly as expected. The support team was also quick and helpful whenever I had a question. Great experience overall!
The email UI and download page are some of the best I've seen in a digital downloads app. Clean, modern, and incredibly user-friendly. Highly recommended!
I would like to thank Isagi for the excellent support he provided. He was very kind, patient, and always willing to help with all of my questions. Thanks to his assistance, the entire process was much easier. I truly appreciate his professionalism and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Isagi!
really worthy, if you want to sell PDF / ebooks
Amazing support experience! The team not only verified all my settings properly but also guided me on how to use the app more efficiently. They were very patient in resolving all my doubts and explained everything clearly. Really appreciate the quick response and professional assistance. Highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing app, and even more amazing that you get instant support from a real person once you're in. For me, Isagi has bee such a great support in getting me up and running, even doing test purchases so i can see what the delivery of my products look in person. Thanks!
Vraiment, le service client est excellent. Il n'y a rien à dire. Ils sont à l'écoute et font le maximum pour vous trouver une solution.
Isagi heeft me goed geholpen met het instellen van mijn eerste digitale product.
My complaint is below this review update. (WOW) I wrote my review and the very next morning Tech support contacted me. These guys are serious about making sure their customers are satisfied. They showed me they mean business when it comes to customer satisfaction. They took time to walk me through my concerns in detail. Enough so, to where i downloaded the app again, to start using it. This company is not your fly by night company. They are in it to win it, and with customer service like theirs, it will allow them to dominate in their field!! GREAT JOB!!! I am not sure how this app has all 5 stars, especially since you only get 250MB in total. In order to be able to offer customers any kind of varity of content, definitely need more than that. They are really pushy about getting on board with their forced paid platform, because they are going to a paid platform. I don't expect much for free, but if you are offering a free service, don't choke it so much, that it makes it kind of useless.

Hi, I’m really sorry your experience with Flash didn’t feel good, that’s never what we want for you. If storage felt limiting, I genuinely wish you'd reached out to our support team. We would’ve done our best to find a solution for your store. You’re never restricted on products or orders, and we never intend to pressure anyone into upgrading. You gave us your time and trust, and I feel bad that we couldn’t live up to it. If you’re open to giving Flash another chance and revisiting your review, it would truly mean the world to us. Either way, thank you for giving it a try 💙
A must-have app for anyone selling digital products! As a digital product seller, I was looking for an app that could simplify file management and improve the customer experience. This app has completely solved the issues I was facing: no more complaints about broken links or failed downloads. The system is intuitive and secure, and files are delivered instantly after purchase. The support team deserves special mention: they always respond promptly and are very open to feedback and suggestions to further improve the platform. It's clear they genuinely care about the needs of merchants.
Since I'm a super Shopify newbie, I had a few questions during setup and was VERY pleasantly surprised that a real person came up in their chat and walked me through everything. In the days of AI chat, it was truely wonderful to get the support of a real person! Flash Digital = easy set up, and amazing customer support.
Fabulous service and platform. Free to use. Has good customization and really easy to set up. Can use my own logo and site colours
Schnelle Unterstützung durch Chatfunktion. Prüfung des Downloads und Kaufvorganges funktioniert schnell. Besonders: Unkomplizierte Speichererweiterung auf Anfrage
