ClickShip | Shipping Platform

During the Canada Post strike in 2024 our business was looking for alternative shipping options that were affordable. We were sent to Clickship via a friend and quickly found how easy it was to use, being integrated right into our Shopify store. Shipping rates were reasonable and a huge sigh of relief for our small business. When I emailed for support James Lang was our representative and helped me answer my MANY slightly panicked questions and has been exceedingly helpful with any questions I have had going forward!

Amazing app and staff! You have a problem? THEY ARE ON IT! But I'll tell you right now, there are not very many problems. We have issues with the couriers not picking up on time but that has nothing to do with Clickship. I send them and email with any issues and they take care of it immediately. I don't have to contact the couriers individually. Suzanne from Feightcom (same company) actually called me to introduce herself. Any problems, I can call her directly. Amazing service!! The shipping is so easy too. Everything is seamless with our Shopify store. The integrations is so good. As soon as I print the label, our Shopify store marks it as fulfilled. There are a few bugs with the cancellation of a label sometimes. A pop-up says it's not working and to contact tech but once I do, they take care of it right away. They save us an average of about $5 on each shipment. Some are $10 difference!!

Brandon has been an absolute blessing to have as an account manager. No problem is too big or small, and he goes above and beyond assisting with the issues that arise. I've had him call me numerous times to communicate important issues and walk me through problems that I've encounter with couriers and general shipping pains. It's so nice knowing that I have a trustworthy and knowledgeable partner that's willing to go the extra mile for my business. I'm so glad that my friend recommended Clickship to me or else I'd still be stuck shipping with Shopify and getting their abysmal rates. Thanks Brandon, you're a champ!

We have been using Click Ship for almost a year and it has been a game changer. Brandon was very helpful in setting us up and is very responsive when I have had questions. The pricing is great and I have recommended click ship to a few of my suppliers which has helped me save even more money.

Original Review from Oct 2023: Clickship is a great shipping app that has made my shipping so much easier and helped my business tremendously. Firstly, I get live rates from ClickShip for various carriers on my website so customers can pay the exact amount and I am neither overcharging or undercharging customers by using manual shipping rates. Secondly the rates I get from ClickShip are great, they have helped me reduce shipping costs and offer better pricing to customers Thirdly, its easy to use. It integrates well with Shopify and on the ClickShip platform I can see orders from multiple Shopify stores together and ship them out from there. Fourthly, customer service from Mawiz Kidwai, my account rep has been great. He is always very helpful, and any issues I have, he has followed up and resolved. I hope his dedication and professionalism is recognized by ClickShip There is a small issue with billing (overcharges from carriers) I have brought up with Mawiz and I am sure he will help me take care of it.

Great shipping rates, and solid support. Easy to use and integrate. Good rates even on LTL shipments. We are glad we switched.

EDITED REVIEW Below is the original review, which shortly after being published got me an email from my account representative looking to hear more about my appreciation. She was accompanied by the Director of Growth, and the three of us took had a dense 45-minute discussion about what could be improved and which improvements were just about to be rolled out. From the looks of it, it does seem like the user experience will be considerably improved, and I have to say I am looking forward to seeing them in action. Perhaps the most important aspect of this call was how the Clickship team and direction are dedicated to customer service, and this is all to their credit and goes a long way in terms of my appreciation of a supplier. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This app is great news for saving on shipping. I am hugely appreciative of all the costs saved over the past 2+ years. Customer service varies between "outstanding" and "meh". It really depends on who takes the call / email. Fortunately there's been more good than bad on average, so here goes one star. The other star removed, and that's the most important one in my opinion, is on the customer experience on the platform. There are some basic navigating functionalities that are missing (having to click "X" to close a certain window instead of clicking outside of it, having to click "Enter" to run a particular search instead of hitting the key, the clunkiness of the order page which cannot be sorted by any other parameter than date when it would be relevant to sort orders by selected carrier or store or tag, the impossibility to easily add just one manual order to the order page instead of uploading a csv, the fact that you can't set orders temporarily "on hold" to see them removed from the cue). It feels like an app designed by people who have never done any serious work at a shipping station. The discounted shipping rates keep me using it, but I continue to miss a more Ux forward app like Shipstation.

I have had a fantastic experience using Clickship for our shipping needs. We LOVE Clickship! It’s the BEST! We’ve been using them for over a year. If it wasn’t for ClickShip we wouldn’t even be able to ship to the US with all of the tariffs. ClickShip has walked me through everything to do with CUSMA. Our representative is Serena (Shipwithserena) and she’s been amazing with everything over this past year. Serena takes the time to literally call you and answer your phone calls to help you with ANY issue. She’s been a lifesaver. Shipping through Canada? The prices and convenient pickups can’t be beat. I promise, they aren’t paying me anything, I’m just really grateful for Clickship and my account rep Serena, I’ve NEVER experienced the level of customer service she’s given us.

After Canada Post lost my trust last Fall, I have transitioned over to Clickship and have had zero issues. Great rates, easy label creation and helpful that it integrates with Shopify. I do use the Shopify platform for generating labels on Shopify orders, but I also send many packages that do not come through Shopify. They all go through Clickship. Thank you!

I first started using Clickship a few months ago for the great rates and easy integration with Shopify. It's made a big difference in our ability to pivot with the ongoing changes with postal strikes and tariffs. game changer for shipping, we have been on Shopify for four years and we got onto this app 6 months ago and it has the best deals and super easy to use for any shipping provider. Our only recommendation would be to streamline printing labels in bulk. Create a preset for descriptions, value, reason of export etc that can be applied to 100+ orders at a time.

As a Canadian Company shipping to the US often. Without Clickship we would have been out of business probably with all the challenge Covid brought us. Canada Post and other companies charge 2-3x the price with much worst services. Clickship is a great company and I have been working with them for more than 2 years now, I highly recommend them. Excellent sercive! Can't live without this app

ClickShip contacted us with promises that seemed too good to be true, the greatest of which being lower shipping rates. We believed we were already paying reasonably low prices for shipping, but we were wrong! ClickShip has been easy to use and almost always comes in cheaper than with the shipping platforms we were using before - sometimes 30, 40% less. And when a package is damaged and we have to file a claim, they take care of it! I can't tell you how many hours we were spending previously on the phone with shipping companies trying to claw back any bit of compensation for lost or damaged shipments, but I just got word back on the first ClickShip claim we've had to make that it's dealt with and a cheque is on its way for the damaged items. To top it all off, ClickShip's customer service is impeccable. Our rep, Hasan, is always helpful and quick to reply. He and his team made setup very easy and quick, and we haven't been disappointed yet. Deleted our other shipping integrations after thoroughly testing ClickShip and finding no issues. Could not give a higher recommendation for anyone looking to save money on business shipping costs.

I have been using Clickship/Freightcom for more than 4 years and I can say that service is fantastic. If ever you encounter any problem, they will do their best to correct it. We have been using it via Woocommerce, and it was working well, and now with Shopify, and it's also going really well. Really easy to use for a really affordable price with competitive rate! We just started using ClickShip / Freightcom in the past month or so. It has been an incredibly smooth, easy experience. I would recommend this to anyone, but especially small businesses who are struggling with the high costs of shipping. It has been a struggle for us to navigate the hardships of having an online store with the costs of shipping as a small business and this website has been a saving grace and has saved us time and money in the process. Specifically, Anish, who set us up on the site and assisted us with integrating their shipping platform to our Shopify store to make things more seamless for us. No more copying & pasting addresses, it is already integrated into the order info for you. In our case we just enter the shipping box size we choose and find rates and book our pick up all in the same place. Do not wait to switch to them. Anish has checked in with us multiple times throughout the process and continues to make sure we are enjoying the platform and encourages us to reach out if we need anything . His customer service has been incredible. 10/10 recommend.

I've been using Clickship for a few years and I absolutely love it. I love how order details from Shopify and Amazon are imported automatically, and I can save my package dimensions to auto-populate for each sku. It's super easy and great pricing! One click of a button and the label is purchased, the order is automatically fulfilled with tracking in the appropriate Marketplace, and customer service is really great too :) Everyone is friendly. Highly recommend!!

The app is seemless and always has our list of orders ready to go on ClickShip ready for fulfillment. The information comes across accurately and the app also does a clean feedback to Shopify to close out the order with tracking information. The preview of the order in-app helps a lot with quick reviews!

Started using Click Ship and this app about a year ago... The set up was quick and easy, Mawiz was super helpful, and has been my go to for questions since signing up. The app itself makes shipping super easy. It is integrated into my shopify store... and the orders and addresses are connected so no need to reenter. Its super easy to use... and the best part is the rates are reasonable.

It has been our solution for shipping larger items, international shipments, and next-day deliveries. Bonus point we also get free envelopes and thermal labels with them.

Just started using this app recently and so far, so good. Prices compare favourably to a competitor app I was using. Fuad, my customer service rep, has been great, very helpful and responsive. Interface is pretty intuitive and any questions I did have were answered quickly.

The app gives me access to super affordable shipping rates that I would have never otherwise had. I can ship to US from Canada and offer rates lower than what stores in the US even offer. Website is well made and is often being updated. I once emailed in some suggestions for improvement and saw they had taken and implemented one just a day later. Mj is always super helpful if I have concerns or questions.

We have been using Clickship for years and have always found the customer service team to be super responsive if we have any issues with their system. We love that we can schedule our carriers through their system. They also handle issues with shipments that go missing. It's a pretty simple and seamless service to use.

I use this app to ship about 2/3 of my orders. Easy to print labels, schedule pickups and combine orders for shipping. This app is so indispensable for Canadian sellers. They offer very very good prices on shipments with all major companies, like UPS, Canpar, DHL, FEDEx, Purolator,etc.. Also you it can shows the shipping rates at checkout, that's so important. And we can import orders from many platforms, like Etsy, Amazon, eBay,et. They offer to connect your our Canada post account on the pay plan. Shipments are now easier and faster.

Amazing app and perfect for what I needed. Easy to use real-time rates in cart and very competitive! I find it helps me save the most with my Canadian and US customers. Rates are way better than Canada Post! And, faster delivery. I know this has helped increase my sales once shoppers hit the checkout and see the shipping prices so competitive. One feature I wish the app had was to allow me to use my PO Box address in place of my physical address, for customer privacy reasons. But other than that, this app is 100% perfect. LOVE the convenient pickup scheduling feature too. LIFESAVING for a work from home mom like me!

Clickship has been lifechanging for me. I live in a rural area and always had to drive to the post office to drop my packages off, but now I can get pickups with companies like Dicom and Purolator. It's been so easy, also. The shipping prices are a few dollars less than regular mail AND the packages arrive in like 1-2 days. I've actually had several customers write to me saying they are super impressed at how fast their order arrived.
