Very good support, i had a problem visualizing some data in the cart and in 1 day they fix the problem. Super!

An excellent app from which we have been getting lots of benefits. But needs to be improved a bit: -needs to load faster in the cart so the free gift gets added in the checkout, takes 5 seconds to load, if customers click the checkout button right away it gets left off on the checkout page. -update the backend, images of the gift products are not showing.
For our store, we often do promotions with a free item (like free X with all orders over $100...) so this app has been great! We ran into an issue recently where the gift wasn't appearing but Webkul support found the issue in our code and fixed it, so then it worked like a charm after that :) We're so happy to hear that you're having the excellent experience working with Webkul :) If there is anything further you need our help with, Please feel free to reach out at support@webkul.com - Team Webkul
The Gift on Order app provided a relatively easy way for us to list samples on our ecommerce site. Some customizations were needed and development work, however the app developer was quick to communicate and make needed changes. Thanks for taking the time to provide this great feedback. I never ended up using the app, so can't say anything about it. But they will start spamming you with emails, beware. No unsubscribe button either. This is a great app. We were able to set up a few tiers of free gifts for different value orders and ever since sales are way up. We are giving away a bunch of little trinkets with our logo on them, but the value of just the increase in conversions is definitely worth it. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Same experience as the below negative reviews. I installed this app and did not feel confident at all with their guide requiring code edits, I uninstalled the app and have been bombarded ever since by an incessant amount of emails, I have emailed them multiple times to remove my details and no follow up. I am receiving the same infuriating email today for the 7th time in a row. Upon uninstalling the app, an email landed in my spam folder a week later requesting that I respond to request removal of "additional data" which is a breach of shopify appstore, the email was formatted in such a way that there was no reply to email. None of the emails I receive have an unsubscribe link. Extremely concerned by the practices of this shopify app developer and what they do with my data. Will be filing a complaint with shopify.

If you install this app you'll be added to a mailing list that start as soon as you uninstall - No "unsubscribe" link on it. If I receive one more I'll report you guys

I spent hours upon installing because overall the system is great and what I was looking for, Just to find out upon finishing and testing it out, that you can only have one gift per purchase. and not several level gifts with each order amount milestone. Why would anyone want it like this?

I have been looking for an app like this for a reasonable price that actually works for ages. Customer service is second to none and the app works great!
Gift on Order is very easy to use and has helped us run numerous campaigns successfully. It's a simple set up, and if you don't know how to add the code, they'll do it for you. Just select a day and time via the online scheduling system. The support provided by the team has been great, when we had an issue, the team worked quickly to help us resolve the problem, some weren't even their technical issues. I highly recommend the app.
Not easy set up .. took way too long for customer services to respond to slips, after accepting payment for the app. They were rude and didn't display clearly how app works, they were terribly rude and eventually found out the app doesn't do what we need it to. Disappointing definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Excellent app -- this is just what we needed. Support was excellent and offered to install it for free, and did so very fast for us. Even though they're based overseas, still have great support. I would recommend this app to anyone needing such a feature.
