Tried several times to install and use the app. There is no explenation what to do in the app, I can't even pass the configuration. The UX/UI seems completely off. I have not experienced something similar with shopify Apps now. If there is no solution with this app, I might look for another logistic provider, since an app is crucial for us at this point.

Hi, thank you for this feedback, and sorry to hear the setup experience was this frustrating. It's been over a year since you left this review, and a lot has changed with the app since then: we've completely reworked the UX/UI and added new functionalities, with a much clearer configuration flow. The issues you ran into with onboarding shouldn't happen anymore. We'd love for you to give it another try. If you run into anything during setup, reach out to us directly and we'll help you get it working.
