Insgesamt ist die Firma Trusted Shops nicht mehr sehr zeitgemäß. Die Leistungen sind zu teuer und außerdem die Vertragslaufzeiten zu lange. Ich habe sie nur eingesetze weil sie noch wegen der Bekanntheit der Marke profitieren bei der älteren Generation.

Good app, the set up could be from the UX perspective a bit improved but the app itself has the functionality we need. Great support as well, i case of an emergency I received fast and perfect help.
Ich versuche seit Wochen den Support zu erreichen, aber keiner meldet sich auf die Anfragen. Es geht darum, dass das Thema Commercial Invoice bei DHL Versand in die Schweiz nicht ordentlich funktioniert und ich bräuchte hier dringend eine Rückmeldung. Wäre super wenn der Support sich endlich mal bei mir meldet! *EDIT: Es wurde endlich nach der Bewertung auf mein Problem reagiert und schnell gelöst. Anscheinend war mein Ticket irgendwie verschwunden, dank des guten Supports im Nachgang deshalb wieder 5 Sterne.

Tried several times to install and use the app. There is no explenation what to do in the app, I can't even pass the configuration. The UX/UI seems completely off. I have not experienced something similar with shopify Apps now. If there is no solution with this app, I might look for another logistic provider, since an app is crucial for us at this point.

It's been over a year since you left this review, and a lot has changed with the app since then: we've completely reworked the UX/UI and added new functionalities, with a much clearer configuration flow. The issues you ran into with onboarding shouldn't happen anymore. We'd love for you to give it another try. Works fine, we use it for commercial invoice for switzerland. The support was very good and they did some customaization for us which was done very fast and was very useful.
