Tried several times to install and use the app. There is no explenation what to do in the app, I can't even pass the configuration. The UX/UI seems completely off. I have not experienced something similar with shopify Apps now. If there is no solution with this app, I might look for another logistic provider, since an app is crucial for us at this point.

It's been over a year since you left this review, and a lot has changed with the app since then: we've completely reworked the UX/UI and added new functionalities, with a much clearer configuration flow. The issues you ran into with onboarding shouldn't happen anymore. We'd love for you to give it another try.
