I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service I received from Tufan at Hey!Scarcity Low Stock Counter. After completely messing up my Shopify theme code while trying to fix things myself, I was feeling pretty hopeless. On top of that, I had no idea how to properly integrate the app into my website. Tufan went above and beyond to help me. Despite it being 6:00 a.m., he patiently guided me through everything during a Google Meet video meeting. He fixed my coding issues, seamlessly added the app to my store, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear he was more interested in resolving my problems than taking credit for his exceptional work—I actually had to ask for his name to make sure he got the recognition he deserved! I’m so grateful for Tufan’s expertise, kindness, and professionalism. He truly saved the day! If you’re thinking about using Hey!Scarcity Low Stock Counter, know that their customer service is second to none. Thanks again, Tufan—you’re amazing! I’m incredibly impressed with the customer service from Hey! Low Stock. I had an urgent question that I needed help with on a Sunday, so I was fully expecting to have to leave my email address in the chat and wait for a response, especially since the virtual assistant initially instructed me to do so. To my surprise, a live customer service agent, Zel, suddenly joined the chat and came to my rescue — **on a Sunday, during the weekend!** I honestly wasn’t expecting to get immediate help, and I was so grateful that Zel took the time to assist me when I needed it. Zel was responsive, helpful, and genuinely made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s not often you receive this level of customer support, especially outside of regular business hours. Huge kudos to Zel and the Hey! Low Stock team for going above and beyond. Excellent customer service like this definitely makes a difference and gives me even more confidence in using their app. Highly recommend!

We had a small issue with the loading time and someone contacted us immediately and even if the problemas was not coming from them, the fixed in a couple of hours. Amazing support!

The application itself is incredibly useful to allow our customers know which items are in-stock which greatly boosts our conversions, which is especially necessary when we've just restocked and want to clear inventory fast! Support wise, the support team is amazing. They replied within minutes, and I was fortunate to be assisted by Zel which was incredibly patient and answered with my queries with incredible clarity!

Zel à été à l'écoute lorsque j'avais eu un problème sur plusieurs pages de mes collections. En effet, le stock ne s'affichait pas, il fallait ajouter un script dans notre thème permettant de contrer ce probleme. Merci beaucoup, je recommande pour leur réactivité. En moins de 24h mon problème a été résolu :)

We're not using many of this app's features, but we were looking for a simple way to mark specific products variants "in stock". The app is working perfectly and was extremely easy to implement using our theme editor. A+++

Easy and fast to set it up. There's not an option for translations unless you have a 3rd party app, but the support team helped me to solve this.
