The interactions with the chat was good but it does not allow modifications per market. If you have different prices per market, this app will only help you modify the base price of your primary domain. Not very helpful....

We had a small issue with the loading time and someone contacted us immediately and even if the problemas was not coming from them, the fixed in a couple of hours. Amazing support!

The perfect app for complex product needs – and amazing support! Easy Box has been a game-changer for our store. We had several specific requirements that no other app could fully address, but Easy Box solved all of them effortlessly. Among others: • Custom fields that adapt dynamically based on product variants • Bundle logic with different information displayed depending on the selection • An ok design • Full multi-language support, which is essential for our markets • Accurate inventory tracking across all variants • Output organized by SKU, making stock and order management seamless The support team is super fast, responsive, and truly helpful every time we needed assistance. There are still a couple of improvements we’d love to see: • Colors are displayed as pills, not visual swatches, which doesn’t match the design language of our website • The “From X€” pricing needs to be set manually – it would be amazing if it updated automatically during sales or promotions • Have a more customisable desing That said, this app has allowed us to launch product configurations we couldn’t have done otherwise. Highly recommended if you have complex needs and value solid support.

Promising start, but disappointing experience overall We initially had high hopes for Fly Bundles – the app seemed easy to use, flexible, and capable of handling our complex bundle needs. During initial testing, we appreciated features like individual SKU output, dynamic pricing, and a clean UX. However, after continued use, we encountered significant instability and recurring bugs that affected our setup. Unfortunately, the support experience was far from what we expected: responses were slow, and instead of a proper resolution, we were told we’d need to upgrade and pay $19 to fix the issue. That approach made little sense given the basic functionality we were trying to use. We’ve since moved to another app that works seamlessly and offers much better support. While Fly Bundles has potential, our experience was ultimately disappointing.

App works smoothly, level os customisation possible could be greater. Needed to make a lot of adjustments, and received great and quick support from Faissal on the team.

8-04.2024: Adding more problems that we encountered with this app: We were surprised that we stop selling in one of the countries and surprise! this app messed up all the translations again and the color options, everything! Of course we were not selling, the website is totally bugged with wrong translations and no option for the products. This app made us lose so much money already, this is insane how bad it is. I wisj I knew this before I invested some much time in translations with this app. Run away from them. We are considering changing app even if this means a huge amount of work. I am editing my review: this week I started to face some problems, 1st I could not upload pictures, it took them 2 days to find a work around, which is ok, but the upload through the app still does not work. Later the same week, all my manual translation just disappeared!!! We are running a business in several markets and just like that the translations disappear! Can you imagine the impact that this has on an e-comm company?! The amount of work that this represents is huge and now we are worried that this will happen again. This isn't a reliable service and we cannot operate a business in such an unstable app. Old version: Works most of the times quite well. Sometimes there are some glitches and the support is not always soling the problem, but overall I would say for a free plan it does a lot and it is the best option that I found to translate my website in several markets. The function to translate pictures and images is awsome!

Very good app, intuitive, easy to use and can also be used for markets i.e. translations!!! AMAZING

To be fair, I am not a developer, nor an engineer. The reviews of the app are good, and the need for good tracking is real. So far I am only trying to perform the set-up of the app, and it is complex and time-consuming. I fear that the probability of breaking the current tracking is higher (e.g. it is recommended to remove current tracking code to avoid double tracking), than implementing the app adequately without the need to pay the 1000$ implementation fee. The app provides tutorial videos, which help but are not sufficient.
