Inflowkit Courses & Membership

When we set up our courses with Inflowkit a few years ago we were happy with the simple but well functioning interface and received great customer support. However, for the last 3 months we've been trying to get in touch with customer service and have had zero response. If someone from Inflowkit sees this, please contact us! *Edited: they have responded and are helping us with our issue.

I configured the Inflowkit app, but I faced a few issues during setup. I reached out to support, and they initially responded saying they would check, but after that, there was no follow-up. My further questions went unanswered, and I waited 7–8 hours without any response. The next day, the entire chat disappeared, and the issues were still unresolved. Overall, the support experience was very poor. Hi Katy, thanks for sharing this — I'm sorry about the experience. We were working on your issues the whole time, but with the time difference our responses were too slow and I understand why it felt like we went quiet. We did try to follow up but it seems those messages didn't reach you, likely due to the same browser session issue that caused the chat to disappear on your end. That's on us to handle better, and we're making changes to how we keep merchants updated while we work through their issues. Your case is still open and we'd love to get this sorted for you. Update: the courses work fine, they are very basic and not very polished, but they work. The subscriptions though? We've been trying to get subscriptions to work correctly for over a year, and despite repeated assurances that they are working on it, we have customers still being billed incorrectly every month that we have to manually refund. Inflowkit may just be in over their head on this one. I have moved over to Inflowkit from Thinkific, because I needed my virtual classroom integrated within my Shopify site. Dennis and the crew at Inflowkit have answered every question in record time, and they have even implemented several of my suggestions for a smoother UI (both for me and my customers). It still doesn't quite do everything that Thinkific did for me, but I really feel like it is constantly improving, and the developers actually care about making the app better all the time. be very be careful, once you subscribed, I cannot find the way to cancel the subscription Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration. To clarify, app subscriptions are managed by Shopify and can only be canceled through your shop’s admin. Uninstalling the app will automatically cancel the subscription. We also offer a free plan, so merchants can always downgrade if needed

Our website development has been stalled for 5 days, and they haven't responded to our emails. The support is a disaster and completely ignores our emails. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!! The app works great and integrates with Shopify very well. I had some questions about the app and its functionalities and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. A team member was quick to offer to meet with me over Zoom to personally walk me through the steps of what I wanted to get done. He was extremely patient, polite, knowledgeable and proactive in suggesting solutions and making sure everything worked as expected. Thank you for your feedback. I can't believe this exists! It's so easy to create a subscription/membership with SO much more than just recurring payments. It's like a funnel! So many built-in easy to manage and create options that I feel my website is more professional than ever. And i love working directly with the team. We have zoom calls where they spend all the time i need to make sure the app is optimal for my customers. I love this app!

Being a small business owner, it's hard to find quality, cost effective solutions that meet my business needs. I needed a solution that would allow me offer product subscription/autoship options for my customers AND a place to house, sell and broadcast my online training for students. Though there are a several Shopify compatible apps out there, they are very costly and have a lot of features that, as a small business, I just didn't need. And most of the time you need 2 or 3 different apps just to get the job done. Enter INFLOWKIT! I've been using them now for almost a year, maybe a little longer and it's been a blessing. Not only do they meet my needs for product subscriptions and online training offerings, their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING! They are friendly, accommodating and quick to respond. Love the easy and flow of this app. I tried 2 others with fails or bugs that they didn't fix or it wasn't my vibe. This one is top notch. Already recommended. I just had a recent issue. The quickness they answered and it was fixed in 24 hours. 10 out of 10!

What I value most about this app is its customer service. They are very easy to contact and to get a video call with them. I am not the developer of my website, but with basic knowledge and the guidance of their team I was able to solve the need that my site had at the time. I was having issues trying to figure out the app and I emailed support... within 5 minutes the team responded and IMMEDIATELY resolved my issues. L'application s'intègre parfaitement à la boutique et les accès sont extrêmement intuitifs pour nos clients dès l'achat du produit. L'application et sans doute toute jeune et au tout début nous avons rencontré quelques MAJ pouvant bloquer la formation quelques heures, mais l'équipe d'Inflowkit est extrêmement réactive et trouve toujours une solution à nos problèmes. This application is very good, I am using it to subscribe to exclusive content and soon for courses, it is easy to use, and what I liked the most is the support team, we scheduled a meeting via zoom and they clarified all my doubts! Thank you!!!!

Some of the features don't work, specifically the ones that help personalize the page (colors, fonts, etc). Customer service is not readily available and is not available at the hours shown on their support website. I scheduled a meeting with them (through their website) and they didn't show up (I waited for 40 minutes). I am looking for better alternatives. Hi Jandi, Thank you for the feedback. Apologies for the missed meeting, it was due to a mistake on our part. It is not a usual occurrence. For later reference, to get theme features to work you need to refresh your page for changes to the theme be applied. Some times the page gets cached and it may seem like updates don't take effect. I love this app. It has allowed me to make my user experience seamless when it comes to my classes and courses. Before I had to sync another platform which meant my customers had to log on in to another site. Now my clients can stay on my site to access all the content for my classes. The integration with zoom is great. Not only does it send reminders for the meetings. After the meeting is completed the recording is immediately accessible to the platform. No more downloading and uploading for future review. I cannot wait to see what new features come. Customer support has been great. I was able to save time and money by switching to inflow kit. I am using this app to help scale in business as I am learning all that this app provides in the efforts to scale business is amazing. I've been using this app for a monthly membership and I am enjoying it thus far. I love that I can take recordings and upload them for my members, and I can drip content to them as well. I did have some trouble setting up, but the InflowKit team was a great help and they got me situated. I really appreciate how they recorded a video for me so that I can utilize when I create more memberships and have user ease.

Great app. Responsive developers. Integration with my Shopify listings is seemless and the dashboard customers use is intuitive and easy to navigate (thus reducing customer service for me). App gets regular updates that continue to improve the service, highly recommend!
