Pickup times is 4-5 days per order and poor customer support. we have faced order cancellations and negative client feedback. As these service issues are impacting our reputation, we no longer wish to continue. Please process a refund for our remaining balance and close our account immediately.
I’ve tried the app twice now and still haven’t received any support to get my account set up. It raises concerns about the level of service I can expect moving ahead.

have been using Ithink Logistics for my e-commerce shipments and overall my experience has been good. The platform is easy to use, order processing is smooth, and shipment tracking works well. Pickup and delivery services are also reliable for most orders. The only area that could be improved is customer support, which sometimes takes longer to respond. Apart from that, everything else like shipping integration, dashboard, and courier options works efficiently. These are Scammers, Frauds, one of the Worst Logistic Company and They have put my 40-50K Amount on Hold and also when I stopped sending my Orders they Forced RTO almost 250+ Shipments and Total Approximately 600+ RTO worth 12-15 Lac Rupees. Manhor who onboarded me was taking follow ups daily to onboard me and when it comes to Service they will Ghost you. Their NDR System is Total Fraud and Fake. Kaplana who was KAM working with this Fraud ithink logistics Company working for 5 Years will call for Shipments but not the one already sent. Promises call back never Calls. Working with this Company will be Nightmare. This is my First Review and I am Posting this on every Public Fouram and also Google or anywhere these Scammers are Listed. We are already in Process of Prepration of Legal Action for Loss more than 15 Lac by this Scammer Company. We are also writing to Shopify Team to take down this App. Check Google reviews and you will see how many Bad Reviews are there. I warned you Guys I will be Posting everything in Public and waited for you to Refund the Money but you Guys didnt bothered to Return the Money and Compensate for the Loss.

I was using delhivery and i was fed up with it due to no POC and ticketing system. Then with ITL they give POC which is the best part as you can just drop a text or call and any concern of yours will be solved asap. My RTO ratio and fake attempts reduced significantly due to same, My POC Mr. Jilani has been very helpful for all concerns as well reattempts, escalated delivery all concerns are handled perfectly

Very poor services for COD & prepaid shipment’s, no services provided for fake remarks by delivery agents. Just increase RTO due to no professionalism, cod remittances take upto 7 working days which is pathetic

After utilizing the services for one and half years, I feel we made the proper choice in switching, thus I'm submitting this comment. Their prices are among the lowest in the industry, their pick-up and delivery services are excellent and have easy to use backend software. On top of that, I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Bhakti for the outstanding support provided for us. Very good assistance. She get in touch with me to discuss the concerns I raised, such as the shipment manipulation, COD remittance. Keep it up.
WE ARE BADLY HARRASED BY ITHINK LOGISTICS. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM ! All our wallet balance has been deducted by the company and its showing negative balance. Also our COD remittance is kept on hold. Suddenly they have sent an overdue invoice mentioning absurd weight discrepancies for last 3 months, though no prior notification or detail shared by them so that we can justify ourselves. After escalating, they keep diverting the issue to each other without any resolution. If you really want to save your hard earned money then you should avoid them who are trying to scam businesses.

- First of all they insure amount upto Rs 1000/- only, so be aware and not to ship high value orders with them. Secondly if your order gets lost due to any reason they will make excuses (like; "provide manifests", "sorry it's been 48 hours and we can't ask courier company for POD", "provide cctv footage of packing", " Ask you that they look and get back to you in a matter and you have to remind them on the same " )and avoid paying the insured amount too. Lastly but not the least if you provide them all the proofs and cctv's footage too they will put blame on you. (We've faced many issues where they denied for secured amount too due to different reasons.) - If your product value is less you can ship with them as they are providing fair shipping rates. - You have to constantly remind them to issue you refund of your canceled shipments, that too they issue in store wallet only. - And don't provide any resolution to your shipments lost in-transit. - Initially they were good with weight discrepancy but now many illogical weight discrepancies. - They don't have good support staff & is eager to put blame on seller. Hope this review is useful & helps you decide.

HONESTLY ITS COMPLETE SCAM! For 300gm they charge you Rs 122 doesnt matter which zone on an average there is too much of weight discrepancy, there is no customer support whatsoever, they allot an account manager but in reality he doesn't have any knowledge they keep diverting to each other and will ask you to email , which again they keep forwarding to each other in any dispute , there are multiple other option if you really want to save your money then you should like for more established providers then these newbies who are trying to scam businesses.

As earlier I was using some other platform for shipping my products but faced so many problems regarding weight escalation and NDR reports which are actually very frustrating for all the eCommerce sellers. So now iThink logistics is a great platform that reduces my processing time for undelivered orders and gives me proper NDR reports With an automated process flow and also reduces RTO.
