We are happy with JUO! Good support and loads of features.

Juo is one of those apps that i don't mind paying for at all. Great team, great app and just super helpful on installing, thinking with my team and setting things up.

Working with Juo has been a great experience, the team is very responsive and works with you instead of against you to find the best solutions for each part of your business and backend setup. We would highly recommend them and plan on working together with them for many years to come!

Glad I moved over to Juo. I was looking for a custom check-out that facilitates direct debit for subscriptions (which is not possible with most of Shopify's integrations but an absolute must have for The Netherlands). Juo was recommended and the team quickly built the customer integration and moved all subscribers without any hassle or my customers even noticing. Their response time is quick and very solution oriented. As a webshop that is just starting they were very accommodating in finding a solution that works for both parties. Highly recommend!

We have been using the Juo-Subscritpion app for some time now and can recommend it without reservation. There are many good features and the team is always on hand to help with problems or change requests. The unrestricted GDPR compliance is also essential for us to use this subscription app.

Great experience with Juo, as a dutch brand we were not able to offer local payment options for our subscriptions. And with Juo we can! Also they offer all the features a modern dtc brand could wish for their subscription offers. So i cant recommend them enough.

We needed custom subscription features that aren't available on most of the bigger subscription apps. My previous app promised the world and wasn't able to deliver on any of their 'future features'. So, I started shopping around and am so glad I found Juo! The team at Juo has been fantastic! Not only do they have a product with 90% of the custom features I was looking for, they have been quick to build new features and functionality that I request. They also made the migration from my previous app incredibly easy! 10/10 would recommend!

Very happy to be using the Juo app! They are the first to come up with a solution for the lack of availability of local payment methods for subscriptions (in NL: iDEAL and SEPA). Migration from Recharge was a breeze due to very good onboarding. Furthermore, the team is incredibly responsive, and fixes issues and makes improvements very quickly. Already, functionality surpasses that of Recharge, and with many interesting new features on the roadmap, I can fully recommend choosing Juo.

It's been a breeze working with the Juo team. They are lovely to work with, hands on and very quick to resolve issues. Compared to ReCharge and Appstle, Juo is miles better. Let alone they're cheaper, their on-boarding is brilliant, the migration is seamless and a better looking widget! (allows you to customise and works out the box with most other e-commerce apps) Would 100% recommend giving Juo a try if they're looking to offer subscriptions.

This app and the team behind it are phenomenal. The standard pricing tier alone gives you so much more than most other similarly priced subscription apps, and the pro tier is amazing giving us so much flexibility. The team behind the app are outstanding as well. Our setup has been quite tricky because of the way our product pages are coded, but the dev team has been diligent every step of the way in customising the app to do exactly what we need it to. Great product.

So far so great! Juo and the team behind Juo are fantastic - our subscriptions have doubled with the ability to offer dynamic subscription models which are much more incentive and sustainable. High recommended!

first review I've left for a shopify app and well deserved! choosing a sub app is a critical and sometimes tough choice, but Juo makes it easy by doing all the right things they listen to feedback, quickly deploy updates, and deeply understand their customer's pain points 10/10 highly recommend

I have been using Juo for two months . They took care of migrating us from Recharge which was a consistent nightmare . Very easy to use plus I love the tiered feature where you can offer an additional discount on the first shipment . It gives us endless possibilities for promotion of these products . . I have emailed support a couple of times with questions and got a very timely reply . So far my favorite app .

Juo is by far the most flexible subscription service app we've come across. Our subscription products require different bundled items at different intervals and Juo was able to handle this with ease. We've previously used another subscription service that did not handle this at all and required us to create complex flows and customer tagging to make this possible. We've researched all subscription services and none offered what we needed. Once we migrated to Juo everything is now handled in a single app. Juo's support is fantastic. Their response time is fast and they made the migration process painless. I wish Juo was available when we first started offering subscription products as it would have saved us tons of time and headaches.

The Juo subscriptions app is simply in a league of its own. The design is beautiful -our build-a-box looks better than most websites that use very expensive custom code. Even better, the Juo team is extremely smart, responsive, and helpful. They were able to customize the look of our build-a-box in just a few days time, catering to the specific needs of our unique customers. I tried a lot of other subscription services before Juo and none of them can hold a candle to what this team can do. 5 stars and then some!

I highly recommend Juo Subscriptions. We have been using another app for years. I found it challenging to use, and it needed more functionality. Juo came to the rescue. One of the best features of Juo is the ability to put products on subscriptions at the variant level. This is perfect for us because we don't allow subscriptions for bulk sizes of our products. We also use Juo's Build-a-Box functionality, making purchasing much easier for our customers. The support from Juo has been top-notch. Alina is accommodating, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. I'm glad we made the switch to Juo. If you're using another subscription app, you should take a serious look at Juo.

Juo has been great! It is very easy to use and edit to be exactly what subscriptions you need at a reasonable price. Definitely the best recurring subscription app available (we have tried others). They have fantastic customer service. Of all the Shopify apps we have integrated (10+), Juo has offered the best experience. Super easy to install, got us up and running without even a phone call. Cannot say enough good things about Juo so far.

Juo has provided a really strong bundle builder combined with a subscription system, which actually works brilliantly. Other subscription + bundle builders we’ve tried through the more established premium Shopify subscription apps have been inflexible and buggy. Not so with Juo. As the app has continued development, the flexibility for customers to swap out products in their bundles within their own dashboard has really helped take it to an extra level for us, resulting in fewer customer service messages related to subscription bundles, and importantly happier customers who are able to mix, match, and swap out products in their bundle subscriptions with ease. What's more, customer support is superb. Very fast response times and very quick resolving of any issues we’ve encountered along the way.
