Good chat support. App works better then alternatives I've tried. Will keep using it.
Solid customer service. App worked well when we used it. Thank you.
Jakin's support was top notch. I'm in the US and his timing was in line with my working hours so that was super helpful. He suggested code edits and even performed them for me when I couldn't get the results I needed. Highly suggest this app and Helium support.

Amazing! Thank you for taking the time to leave this review! As an office full of diskheads, know that this review has been circulated and celebrated, and Jakin has been properly patted on the back. Also, that D2 in the 400 plastic is something I think I need in my bag 😍
Customer service was super responsive and helpful. I needed a slight customization to their system and they modified it for me quickly. Recommend their support and the app functionality.
The team at Abra have been amazing at going above and beyond to make sure that our promotions have been running as smoothly as possible. The app makes it very easy to run complex discounts without needing to know how to use Shopify Functions. Highly recommend!

After being dissatisfied with our existing subscription app, we went on the hunt to find a better option. Enter Juo. Juo's team developed the exact functionality that we needed for our unique subscription model. They have been incredibly supportive and collaborative in the entire process. Looking forward to our continued relationship with Juo!
This is a game changing app for any store owner who wants to customize their sections or landing pages with no coding necessary! Being able to take a Figma design and translate it to Shopify has been something people have been needing for a long time, and Instant figured it out. Their Slack community and dedicated team have gone above and beyond to make onboarding and learning as smooth as possible. 5 Stars!
