Kintsugi and the team there have been great to work with for the past year, from our launch. They are constantly updating the app, and the team is extremely responsive to any inquiry, bug/issue, etc. The app does excellent for managing sales tax operations and the team fills in any cracks for local regulatory shifts, bumps around registration and more. The billing is simple, straightforward and scalable. They have made the sales tax registration, tracking and filing a breeze.

Kelcies LLC has been using Kintsugi for about 12 months, and it has proven to be an excellent choice. The integration with my Shopify stores was straightforward, and the service runs automatically, monitoring nexus requirements in each state and identifying how much sales tax to charge and when to pay it. The support has also been fantastic. I highly recommend this service to any company, especially small businesses juggling multiple tasks that need sales tax management. Awesome real time dashboard that shows where we have existing and upcoming thresholds. Also organizes all existing and historical filings in one place for convenient visibility for our accounting team. The service is what separates them. I would give 10 stars if I could. This is the true end to end sales tax solution you are looking for. They take care of everything and you just get to focus on other parts of your business. Their customer service is great too. 100% recommend.
Hands-on, communicative, and genuinely on top of US sales tax. I moved to Kintsugi after a frustrating experience with another sales tax provider that went unresponsive right when I needed support. From the very first call, Kintsugi really impressed me — and months in, they've been exceptional: very hands-on, with lots of communication, which is exactly what you want when you're dealing with something as complex as US sales tax (different rules and filing periods in every state). I run a small international e-commerce brand, so having a team that actually responds and keeps me across my registrations and filings has taken a huge weight off. Fully automated sales tax without any interruption while sales tax being one of the clumsy activity and no software in the market is closer to what kintsugi is doing. 2. Kintsugi customer & Engineer team truly a top notch and queries are resolved with top professionalism 3. We being the Ecommerce brand i definitely suggest Kintsugi for every Ecommerce brand out there. 4. Some brands may feel kintsugi is expensive compared to offline/online service providers in market but think about accuracy and time savings that being strong value for kintsugi.

We moved away from Avalara because we needed some human contact. Kintsugi team was awesome to onboard us and get the Sales Tax filing done with just the right amount of support along the way (and no meaningless automated emails, like we were getting before). I highly recommend Kintsugi. The price is super reasonable too and they didn't lock us into a 1 year contract, just month to month. Great customer service and app.

They helped us understand everything we didn’t know, registered us, and even helped us figure out our exemption strategy. Their pricing was significantly better than that of other popular platforms. Their support has been amazing, too. Every month, the platform analyzes our sales tax responsibilities, and with a click of one button, prepares to remit on our behalf. It's honestly magic. 10/10 (I've used them now in two companies I've founded/run). Now that I’m scaling (just launched in Walmart!!!!!!!), they’re still the best partner around

Absolutely loving this tool! I was so nervous to start pushing more sales to my website from social media because of the sales tax portion and Kintsugi takes that anxiety completely away. I know I am covered where I need to be and the app is very user friendly and cost effective!
