I have only just started using LOVE Loyalty but I can say that the customer service was great. They helped me set up my app, and activated things for me very quick and efficiently.
They charged me after I deleted the app and I was on a free trial waiting for my refund

You have only uninstalled the app on September 14th, 10 days after your free trial ended, that's why you were charged.
