Great solution to limiting maximum number of products that can be added to a cart for specific collections. There was a small issue with functionality out of the box, but Ryan and the developer team were quick to implement a solution.
It requires too many sensitive data to function which it does not need at all. We do not want to waste time with law suits over GDPR. Deleted.

Ryan Was great, sorted everything out for me in5 mins.
I was able to set exactly the purchase limit I wanted, although I had to contact Magic Order Limit support. The team responded quickly, was very helpful, and resolved the situation effectively.

Does exactly what it says. We needed minimum and maximum quantity rules on a couple of SKUs and had it set up in minutes with no theme code. Support has been the standout though: Ryan replied quickly, understood the problem straight away and followed up to make sure it was sorted. Easy 5 stars.

This is a fantastic add-on that easily limits product quantities and prevents products from being purchased alongside incompatible products. Furthermore they got a fantastic support, that will get you up and running in no time. Can't recommend them enough.
When I try to install it just give me a bunch of html lines and this: Unexpected Application Error! Failed to read the 'localStorage' property from 'Window'

Customer chat service was excellent, fast and very helpful. Went above and beyond for some extra coding help that was required on my site.
App is working well with the minimum order amount limitation set. Had a request to change the location of the message on the product page and was done quickly by the support team ( Thanks Katy! ).

We've had a great experience with the Madgic Order Limits app. The features are straightforward and easy to understand. Everything can be set up without any coding but what really stood out was the support. Katy went above and beyond helping us with an issue on our app that wasn't working correctly. She made sure to check in regularly and help us test until it was perfect.

I am using it for free which allows just the one rule/limit to be applied to my store. Id like more but what do you expect for free! Again, im using the free version but the tech support was still great. Katy helped me get it set up and checked in again to make sure it was working. Thanks
Does exactly what we need it to and the support is great! Edit 5/15/26: After numerous times of the app not allowing all our products to be purchased over my set limit of 2 qty for only certain SKUs, I had to uninstall the app and find a new app. Every time they fixed it, it would work for a few weeks and then it would happen again.

I reached out to Madgic Order Limits Quantity support with questions around multi-currency behavior, as our future store operates with multiple currencies. I received a response very quickly after submitting the request. Ryan reviewed our setup in detail and clearly explained how currency conversion works within the Madgic app. He confirmed that for min/max order value rules, the amounts must be configured in the store’s default currency. For example, to enforce a €150 limit, we needed to convert the amount and set the rule as £129 GBP, which worked exactly as expected. He also confirmed that the rule would correctly prevent customers from placing orders once the limit is reached — exactly what we needed. Great support, clear explanations, and the app works for multi-currency stores.

I have a very simple need at the moment. I wanted to limit purchases of my product to just one and wanted an app that could provide that message both in the cart and also on the checkout page. This was perfect and took just a few minutes to set up and implement.
I had a problem with limiting order purchases via customer email and Katy kindly guided me through each step. She gave me multiple options to choose from and helped me decide which one would best fit my situation!
