Great app and very responsive support, we recommend!
Really helpful and quick customer service. They were happy to go out of their way to help check the settings were correct when I had campaigns running in several different countries and run an IP address for me to view the different countries. Only took a few minutes for them to confirm everything and send me screenshots
Just installed today and love it so far! Customer service has been 11/10!

WHAT AN APP! So useful and you can instantly see the benefits from an upselling perspective. What is so great is that the team are constantly upgrading and thinking of new methods and ideas to boost your revenue on the cart. The customer support is truly exceptional, even getting replies to chats on Sunday and the team are also open to implementing ideas if good, so one of ours is even on the roadmap thanks to the founder agreeing it is good. Wish all Apps had such great service in addition to a top product! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Updating my review as it's only fair. We did have an issue with our billing, but Ty has since reached out personally, resolved it, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. He stayed in touch throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and the customer service has been excellent. We're still using the app and it's been working well for us. Thanks again, Ty, for all your help! Original review - Decent app, but picked up that they are duplicating their charges every month. They charge a monthly fee + usage & a monthly fee again. I reached out to their support 2 weeks ago and keep getting a general response that they've passed on the message to the team leader, but still no response. Can you please refund and fix your charges ASAP? Check your charges on your monthly bill!

This is how Shopify system charges with a base charge plus usage separate. This is in-line with our normal pricing listed in FAQs. Really sorry you received a general response message. I was going live with a promotion and I noticed the night before the drop downs were not working as I just upgraded to V2 of the app. The team were straight onto it and resolved it quickly. Always super helpful even when the customer (i.e. me) was in panic mode. Thank you!!

Good app, Have definitely noticed an increase in AOV with the progress bar integrated into the checkout
I just downloaded this app, actually started with another one but then swithced to this one becuase this one had more and better features such as the sticky add to cart combined with everything else. Had some issues setting it up but the support has been really quick and so far managed to solve everything I have asked for :) very satisfied!
I am very new to Monster Cart but over the last 2 weeks have needed help and clarification on a number of issues during a Mothers Day campaign. The response time was very quick and the advice was clear and concise making it very easy to implement the updates on my website. I feel confident that i can navigate the cart myself without relying on others to assist me in the future. Highly recommend them!

I had some issues initially and Ty has been amazing at helping me fix everything personally. He has spent so much time trying to make it right and I now have everything set up on my store and am so excited to use all the features available. Absolutely amazing customer service and app! Cart features and campaigns are easy to set up and look amazing.

I've been using this app for over 3 years and honestly is so good and easy to use. service is amazing and a lot of things they have taken upon themselves to help and edit on behalf of me when i dont understand the steps.

Amazing customer service. I just had a quick question and the team responded very quickly, they even jumped on my website to see if the app was running smoothly and flagged a few things I hadn't pick up on. I installed the app and saw and increase in AOV within the hour! 10/10
I've seen great AOV results historically using the Monster cart. I recently had an issue with billing and upgrading onto the V2 version (which offers a much faster cart), but I can say that Ty the founder is a class act and looked after me personally until the issue was fully resolved. I look forward to using Monster for the foreseeable and adding $$$ to my average order value. Cheers team.

Incredibly fast, responsive, and helpful customer service!! I had an issue with a product photo carousel in the slide-out cart on my website, and I contacted Monster Cart’s customer service. Their team got back to me within 10 minutes, requested access to my store, and sorted out the problem instantly. Absolutely fantastic!

I would rate this 10 stars if I could. This is by far the strongest cart upsell app on Shopify right now. Since implementing it, I have doubled my AOV, and it includes every feature you could need in a serious upsell tool. For a while I was torn between OCU and Monster Cart, but with their latest updates, Monster Cart clearly wins across the board. Customer support has also been excellent. Fast, reliable, and at one point I even had one of the founders, Ty, personally assisting me. 100/10. If you are looking for an upsell app that genuinely lifts AOV, this is the one to use.

The app itself is solid and works well once it’s set up. Functionally, it does what it’s meant to do and can be a strong part of a checkout flow. We initially ran into trouble when preparing updates heading into 2026. An issue locked us out of making changes, and early support responses suggested the problem was on our side, even after testing across multiple devices. That was frustrating at the time. That said, after we posted our original review, the owner personally reached out and the experience completely turned around. They acknowledged the issue, made system upgrades, and walked us through the migration step by step. The level of personal attention, accountability, and follow-through was genuinely appreciated. As a business owner myself, I know things happen. What matters is how they’re handled. In this case, the issue was owned, resolved properly, and communicated clearly. Because of that, we’re updating this to a 5-star review. The app is solid, and when support shows up the way it ultimately did, it makes a real difference. Hopefully this becomes the standard experience moving forward.

In addition to increasing my AOV, Monster Cart goes above and beyond. At one point I thought I was having an issue with My cart and asked the team at Monster Cart to fix the issue. Not only did they figure out the issue was not with their cart but they also figured out what the issue was and how to fix it. Great customer service and customizations on various cart types. I've been really happy with the adaptability of the carts/offers and have been able to easily tie the aesthetic in to match my store and product. Encountered some issues integrating with other high-level apps in store, but with the devs help we have been able to navigate through that as well. Thanks Monster Cart team :)
We've used Monster Cart Upsell for several years now and it works well. Their customer support is also very quick to respond. Their live chat isn't always available, but if you start a chat they will email you back pretty quick. I've also given them access to my online store several times and they're able to fix issues for me. 5/5 stars!
