Recently installed the app. There are a few setup steps (with great instructions) and the rest is automated. Tested out an abandoned cart and got the text a short time later. Very cool process and looking forward to seeing it in action! Also, great support team with quick response time!! Update on 7/26/25. I contacted support for a question and got a very quick response, even on a weekend! Update on 4/29/26: Support team is always very responsive!

I just started using the app. I really like the variation of bundles and the ability to customize. I had an issue with the bundle displaying variants properly. The support was fantastic! Paulius responded quickly, reviewed it and initially couldn't resolve, but kept working on it. A short while later he was able to solve it. I'm looking forward to seeing it help my AOV!
I just installed and had an issue with where the EDD block was displaying on my product pages. I contacted support and Niel fixed the issue within minutes. Great support and looking forward to trying it out further!

I've been using GemPages since last year. I love the flexibility it gives me to customize pages. I had a question on integrating a 3rd party app and Teniola was super helpful. Highly recommend!

I just installed and created a timer. It was only showing for a split second. I contacted support, and not only did they respond quickly, issue was fixed within a few minutes. Samuel provided very quick support and answered my questions after the fix as well. Great customer service and looking forward to using the timer for BFCM!

One Click Upsell integrates well with my Shopify store on both mobile and desktop. The support team is great. When I had an issue, they were quickly on the case, kept me informed of status and quickly fixed the issue. Highly recommend!

Just started using the app to track shipments in between fulfillment and delivery. It's exactly what I needed to keep my customers up to date on shipments.
