With multiple UPS accounts and a USPS account, this application has easily saved us dozens of hours and many thousands of dollars by accurately selecting the correct shipping modality and faithfully transmitting the price to the customer. Before using this app, we were constantly losing money on shipping when the amount quoted to the customer was less than the amount we had to pay on the back end. Their support is amazing also - click a link, schedule a time (always tons of availability) and a super smart, knowledgeable, and helpful person joins the call. I've never needed more than 30 minutes with Support to completely configure a new carrier/box sizes/handling fees, etc. I can't recommend this app enough if you have multiple package sizes, a wide variety of shipping weights and distances, and multiple carriers. Support is unfortunately non-existent at this point. Multiple members on our team have reached out but there is no response. When this worked, it did everything we needed. Unfortunately now it is no longer functional.

I really appreciate being able to reach out with questions and have a prompt answer. This app is so much easier than the other one we were using where our customers weren't getting their booking confirmation emails and it was just a mess. I'm so glad we found Sam and his excellent appointment booking app that works seamlessly with Shopify!! So far so good!!

great app, just what we need. But maybe more importantly the customer service provided by Tristan was outstanding. He just took the initiative to fix something, it wasn't a bunch of back and forth which usually happens with shopify apps.
