We recently started using Tipo Sync to connect two stores for inventory and cost synchronization. The app offers good flexibility, especially with mapping SKUs and syncing cost per item while keeping retail prices independent. We had a minor question regarding the sync delay, but customer support (shoutout to Laura) responded quickly and helped sort it out. Everything is working properly so far. Solid tool for multi-store setups.
very helpful to sync two brands with the same products, and easy to get comprehensive help from support. i have been using it for a while and it relieves me of considerable work and stress compared to doing all that by hand accross plant species and variants

Responsive and efficient support. A wide range of data is mapped, which should suit most use cases. We would like to see discounts and the customer's VAT number reflected in the order created on the source site. We recommend this app.

Moved over to this app from Syncio. So happy with it the support team are outstanding but the app itself is such a step up. The two way inventory sync is a game changer for us and will really help us to reduce errors.
Excellent experience with this app's support. Every time we've had a technical request, the development team has reviewed it and adapted quickly, without leaving us waiting weeks for a response. You can tell they genuinely listen to their customers and are willing to adjust the app to specific needs, which isn't common to find. Laura, from the support team, has been incredibly attentive and helpful throughout — always following up, explaining things clearly, and coordinating our requests with the technical team until they were resolved. Great app for keeping our B2B and B2C Shopify stores in sync. We recently ran into a tricky issue where variant updates (SKUs) weren't syncing because of options linked to metafields, and Laura from support was outstanding — she checked the app logs, identified the exact Shopify error, and gave us clear step-by-step instructions to fix it. Highly recommend both the app and the support team!
Third time with a product sync app. This one super easy to set up, with all aspects of a product from price changes to metafields to template a breeze to sync. Also syncs collections and more. Needed some support from Tipo, who were responsive and helpful throughout. Great app!

Great app , I just started using it , but I tried many other apps which were too complicated to use and some were not even able fulfill the need, Basically I was looking for an app which can connect my original Shopify store to another Shopify store which is showcasing only premium products. And this app worked beautifully for that . The Support is impressive.

We have been using the app for 2 months now and a VERY happy with it. we switched from another app (which was more expensive) and are 100% happy with the results. the syncronization works perfectly and customer support is amazing in helping setting it up. we actually did a mistake when settinng up and Laura from customer support was amazing finding the surce of the problem (which was another app) and helping us fix it! we recommend 100% this app!!!!

Tipo has been the best app I've used in regards to multi-store inventory sync. It's fast, reliable, and easy to use. The UI is really easy to follow for onboarding and took me 10 minutes to set everything up. The support team has been great. Laura has been a great help to escalate the issue that I've raised and get the dev team to resolve as quickly as possible.

Great App, but what makes the real difference is the support.. Took no effort to set up the connections and get everything working fine by our selves.. but then a month in we noticed an error on our side... A quick message on the contact/help section and they were looking in to it across all the sites... came back with the reason and solutions to what had happened which was 100% our mistake but at no point made this a big problem, instead worked on how we could fix it. 5 Stars all day long for this! Laura was super helpful from Start to Finish!

Super APP und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alle Produkten inkl. Tags, Beschreibungen, Kollektions etc. wurden übernommen vom Main Store und so war es viel weniger Arbeit für uns einen weiteren Shop zu eröffnen mit den gleichen Produkten. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem und Laura hatte mir sehr schnell dabei geholfen zudem war sie auch immer sehr gut erreichbar. Customer Support ist hier definitiv auch sehr gut.
What a great find! Really helpful with the 4 stores we have to sync them all. Taking a little bit of tweaking so that all the handles were the same then Laura @ Tipo has been really helpful with the setup and making it all work. Thank you
Fantastic app, just what we needed, easy to set up even with alternative wishes for partial catalog sync. Very customizable. We're really happy with the app. And the customer service is excellent, too. Laura helped us out when we launched new products and needed the resync faster. Funktioniert gut. Wir benutzen die App schon 2 Jahre ohne Fehler. Wir hatten ein paar Einrichtungsprobleme. Diese wurden innerhalb 24 Stunden gelöst. Der Customer Service is sehr schnell und klärt die Fragen schnell.

It is easy to work enough. Of course as with anything there were questions and some miner issues mostly due to the fact that some things we didn't know how to handle. Laura was there to help so everything got cleared up pretty quickly. We use the app to sync the inventory between two stores in two different languages. I strongly advice to set all settings carefully before you hit that sync button and check the tutorial. Also back things up. Just in case ;)
We've been using the Tipo Multistore app for a while now, and it’s been such a time-saver. Syncing products and keeping everything aligned across multiple Shopify stores used to be a headache — but this app really simplified the process. We have been using the app for 8 months now and are delighted with it. The app works very well. Of course, there are problems here and there during setup or later when additional functions are set up. Laura, who is responsible for Customer Success, always responds immediately, within an hour at the latest. The problems are then solved very quickly by Laura and her team. Usually overnight. The support is terrific and all in all 5 stars.

Super useful for keeping multiple stores in sync, and allows products to be added to multiple sites quickly. A minor issue with our config with multiple warehouses was quickly resolved by Laura on live chat support. Would recommend for users needing more than one Shopify store for their range (or subset of their range)
Great app. We are using it to synchronize products across 3 stores, and it's working flawlessly. Most importantly, the support is fast and really helpful, which is essential for us. The only minus, is that the app doesn't support metafields, hopefully, this will be supported one day!
