If you sell customised products, give Kickflip some serious consideration. The interface is simple and clear to use, and mobile compatible. When you create your products in the app, customers can personalise products according to the options you stipulate. It is A VERY flexible product customisation tool. I tried out many other apps before I found Kickflip and this app is head and shoulders above the rest. It did take me some time to learn how to build my products but there are lots of help videos and I got great online support from Elisabeth and Cindy too. The assistance I have received from the team is always timely and responsive. Overall, this is a great product.

ich kann Kick Flip nur empfehlen! erstens wirklich easy damit zu arbeiten und bei schwierigen Fragen hilft das Team oder die KI mir half sogar die KI bei einer sehr kniffligen Frage mehr als das Team - die Frage war damals zu komplex. wer Hilfe braucht - der Youtube-Kanal ist die erste echte Anlaufstelle! super gemachte Videos und wer etwas erreichen will mit seinem Konfigurator muss sich halt auch einmal auf seine 4 Buchstaben setzen und mitdenken. und für alles andere hilft das Team in den eigenen Shop ist KickFlip auch sofort integriert und GOTT SEI DANK gibt es nicht, wie bei allen anderen, ein Einstell Limit (zumindest noch nicht). Ich arbeite nun seit einem Jahr damit und bin bis dato sehr zufrieden - auch dass immer weiter am System im HIntergrund gearbeitet wird!

I've been using Kickflip for some time and you won't find a better customizer on Shopify. Take your time and make it what you want. It is worth it. You have a problem Cindy will come through and make sure you are headed in the right direction. This is the app that lets you play in the same arena as the big boys.

I joined kickflip at the right time. I was told I would need an engineer to connect my domain to the plugin. They came back a few days later and manged to seamlessly integrate the customizer to my shopify theme. No other app allows the level of customization with such simplicity. The ability to layer pieces and attach colors makes the options endless as long as you get creative with the logistics of your designs. The only thing better than the product itself is the support. They always go out of their way to help me and work endlessly to improve the app. I look forward to what is to come in the future. If you get stuck while using this app dont hesitate to reach out. Now that Shopify Dawn 2.0 links directly to the customizer from the description, all the way to checkout, there is no reason why anybody shouldnt be able to use this app. Dawn 2.0 is the deafult on shopify so its nearly impossible to mess this up. I come from the field of construction and was morbidly afraid of computers grwoing up and I can do this. Anyone else brave enough to step into entrepeneuership can handle using this app. Great job guys!!!

I haven't had a chance to sell anything as of writing this review, however compared to the other customisers this is the easiest to use (yes there's always a learning curve), and the customer support is pretty damn good. All of my questions have been answered and 99% have been solved without coding on my part. There are some things that could be refined such as the mobile functionality/ease of use especially with customer editable photos but i believe this is something that's being worked on.

If I got stuck at any point, the chat feature was convenient to use and received quick and detailed responses from a real person to continue building our product. As a small business, the payment structure is also ideal as it eliminates the risk by only charging when we make a sale, as opposed to committing to a big monthly or annual fee. We have been using the app for sometime now and have tried couple of apps for customisation. This is by far one of the best apps we came across and value the team that's behind. We faced couple of challenges to integrate the app properly with our theme and even if we are not that techy enough. The team had taken extra steps to provide us with solutions and response time is fantastic.

I looked into three different Customize Products and ended up selecting this one. It’s super easy to use and has a bunch of awesome demo products available on the backend. The customer support is very well. Cindy, in particular, was incredibly professional and quickly solved the problem I was facing.

Not every store needs a customizer with complex tools to personalize products. Some store require a clean, minimal, modern, and easy-to-use customizer. If that is what you're looking for, do not waste your time researching, I have spent a lot of time on this and Kickflip is the only affordable option with beautiful UI and very easy setup! Make sure to follow their instruction videos.

Very pleased so far with KickFlip. We are launching the customisation app in a couple weeks and cannot wait to see how it is received. Watch a few of the videos as once you get the hang of it, it's very very user friendly and so much more advanced than other customisation apps we've seen. Cindy and Jackie have also been so helpful and quick to respond to my questions.

Finally an app that has all the custom options I need. If you also enable manual text sizing for our customer and adding a possibility to add a link in the text then you really created the most perfect app ever!!

By far the most amazing customizer app you'll find on the Shopify app store. So easy to set up and the functionalities including logic rules and layers give you the freedom to create a customizer even for a complex product. Haven't faced any significant problem with the app aside from a few lags here and there given the complexity of our product. But amazing experience overall! By far, and I mean it, the best customizer available on Shopify. Don't look for other apps, they don't even come close to it. Easy to understand and handle, it gives options for all types of products and works very well (as well as being beautiful with a quality aspect) Special thanks to Jackie and the support that has been available at all times even with my thousands of questions! Great app! Easy to learn. Clean interface. Very intuitive in my opinion. I would recommend if you have basic graphic software skills in order to separate the artwork of your product into the pieces you want to customize. There is a learning curve but in the end I think it is very worth it for the end result.

I compared every product customizer out there and Kickflip was the best option for design, features, price and dashboard UI. When I came up against some issues with how my customizer was appearing on mobile, their support crew was quick to provide solutions. I'm beyond happy with the way everything turned out!

We were looking for an uncomplicated configurator tool that is quick and easy to set up, offers many design options in terms of appearance and works absolutely reliably with short loading times. We looked at and tested all the configurators on the market and with Kickflip we found exactly what we needed. We have been using the app for some time now and we are still heavily enthusiastic about it. The configurator we wanted to build and have built is large with many options and very complicated in its dependencies and cross-relationships - with Kickflip thanks to a very well functioning and super simple "programming" tool no problem and very easy to use. Everything has been easy and understandable for us non-programmers to set up and for the few uncertainties we had on our way to the finished configurator, we have received probably the best and fastest customer service both via chat and video call that you can imagine and wish for. A brilliant app, we look forward to seeing how it develops in the future. The changes made to the app since our launch with Kickflip have all been very good and helpful and we felt we could also initiate improvements by providing comments and feedback. Kickflip est une excellente solution qui s'intègre parfaitement à Shopify. Souple et réactive, j'ai pu l'intégrer facilement et créer mon produit personnalisé avec de nombreux paramètres (styles, couleurs, dimensions, prix...). Son rendu est excellent et permet une très jolie mise en scène de mes produits. De plus, le support commercial parle très bien le français puisqu'ils sont installés au Quebec. Je recommande chaudement !

I've been using this app and many app's have horrible support, not this one. They are very quick to respond and will setup a video call if necessary. They go the extra mile and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this app.

Previously we ran our customs business using a form where customers could submit a request, our team of designers would create a mockup of the custom and then then it would be sent back to the customer. There was a lot of wasted time (and by extension money) creating designs for customers who would never respond or were just curious to see what it would look like and not really interested in purchasing. Kickflip has been a gamechanger for us. Although it isn't able to spit out final products, our customers can now get a feel for what they want and what works before even submitting it to our team. We then take that design, finesse it a bit, and send it back for final approval. Turnaround times are so much quicker and easier, and having a customer-designed mockup of the product instead of descriptions and color choices has made the actual product creation much easier.
